Unless it’s been extended Dodds’ contract expires at the end of June:

I’ve no idea about Robbo. He may not have a fixed term contract given the SD role given he’s not a Manager or Coach.

They advertised for a new Kit Manager recently but I don’t know if anyone has been appointed:

I was always under the assumption that Robbo was just seeing out his managerial contact (which I think had not long been extended before he went off ill) just under a different name.

We can't afford to sack the kit man, never mind managerial level staff.

    No offence kit man.😉

Kit man (Jack) left for Aberdeen fairly recently. Don't even know if we replaced him (or can afford to).

Out of interest when do Dodds' and Robbo's contracts expire, is it summer 2023?

The posters in the toilet about packages still have Keith Haggart as the contact, and he’s been away for several months.

Apparently he still works for us part time. Working from home I assume. He's still on the website too.

I guess there's nobody in the Highlands that is good enough, assume he fits us in between his work at Brechin.

Gave up on the Twitter updates ages ago. Not as good as it used to be. Got fed up of clicking 'refresh' every 5 mins to find nothing new.

I've noticed this too. Asked several questions re the shop etc on Twitter and Facebook but the club never responds. We used to have the most proactive and fun social media a number of years back now it's virtually non existent.

If finances are so bad why are we paying for a Sporting Director who would prefer to be a pundit than actually attend our games?

To get rid we'd probably have to pay, which we can't afford either.

I like Robbo but I agree with you. Since returning to work in his new role, I've no clue what he's actually done, for what I'm assuming is a hefty salary. Seems more interested in the Jambos and selling his book than ICT as far as I can see.

Maybe he's doing a power of work in the background. With our communication skills as a club we'd never know. 🤷‍♂️

  6. Poor decision but one I expected as of course a football game is disrespectful but pretty much every else is fine, because reasons 🤷‍♂️. Should have been a minute silence and then get on with things.

Went and watched the U14 ICTWFC team instead.

After the last 3 absysmal performances I think I'm justified plus I'm allowed to state my opinion, something a few on here would do well to remember!

Chill, nobody is questioning your right to an opinion. Just any time you (or previous accounts) seem to start a thread it's about getting managers the boot, however you're entirely entitled to it.

  8. I've been on the board of CJT/Trust in the past and was delighted to be part of it during some of our most successful seasons. However, I've not been involved for some years,  stepping back mostly due to work and growing family commitments. That's unchanged.

I've no idea about STFU or anyone else and everyone is entitled to their opinions regarding the club or The Trust but I do agree it's very easy to go online be it here, P&B, Twitter, Facebook etc and complain. It's much more difficult to give up some time and come up with constructive and realistic solutions to the issues.

The Club don't seem to want to make it easy either much of the time as they appear to have a select group of folk they listen to. They shouldn't be picking and choosing whose views are worthy and whose aren't. Hopefully that's changing.

For the record I am a born and bred Invernessian 😂

We thought about it, but it equated to about £33 for a curry and a pint and most of our group weren't willing to pay that.

Yeah, I've promised my daughter to take her to hospitality some time and seen as I can't afford the normal one this seemed like a good compromise. To be honest I've not done hospitality since we were relegated.

Have said it already this season, but if we're serious about challenging for the league then we need to be the team dictating the play and not allowing the opposition to dictate.  Especially at home.

Hoping Belladrum was the reason we had a poor sub 2000 crowd for our first league match of the season.

Hope so too. Also people away on holiday. I enquired about the Curry & pint hospitality and was told it was cancelled due to lack of interest.

  11. Although Dougal may prefer hanging around the jailend he does have a point about the concerts. I heard directly and through social media a huge number of issues, not so much with the location per se but with the logistics, with poor organisation,  horrendous ques and pathetic transport links leaving people (inc pensioners) stranded outside at the stadium after the opera guys concert. None of which really surprises me.

The concerts were never likely to sell out, even with late 2 for 1 offers with both artists being fairly niche and aimed at the older age group predominantly.
