  1. the accounts ive heard are more consistent with the rangers support we've seen travelling around europe in the past and ive seen with my own eyes in edinburgh against both hearts and hibs, that uefa, the socittish parlament and every police force in scotland is trying to get a grip of.  the story youve painted here seems to be one of innocent women, children and wounded pacifists being savagely hunted down and tortured by spannish ninja terrorists, **** bent on causing as much pain as possible.

i kind of saw where this was going with your first post on here, the stories youve heard are different to the ones ive heard and we should leave it at that.  i have to say though that for any fan of scottish football (icts or otherwise) to even jest that rangers travelling support in europe (And a couple of grounds around the country where theres a history of trouble) has a MINORITY of troublemakers is ridiculous, consider its against the law now to sing biggoted songs or display provocative religious symbols and youll see a couple thousand law breakers at every away game they play.

some friends really arent worth defending maimie, you should be careful who you make your beds with you might just have to lie in them one day

  2. if rangers fans did nothing to provoke the police itd probably be the first time at an away european game ever.  the very last one they were at they were giving "red hand" saultes in israel, ive never heard of them doing it on mass before in my life, if the riot police there had baton charged them then itd of been exactly what they deserved

my sister lives in castlemilk and was in her local when a few of them got back yesterday, she said they were all bragging about wrecking a bar in the town center and what will happen next time they play out there, kept saying theyll be ready for it 'doing chibs tae' and the like

i dont think anybodies naive or ignorant enough to believe that there wasnt any provocation at all, maybe the response was over the top but the police in spain arent used to having to deal with violent supporters and rangers fans are used to getting away with whatever they like in scotland, hardly a good mix!  what your average travelling rangers fan deems acceptable behaviour compared the rest of us is totally different

  3. thats not funny hav u ever been hit by one of those thingsss

    even they dont deserve that

ive been hit with all kinds of things sadly!  im giving the polis the benefit of the doubt for the game on thursday

i find the sectarian stuff more offensive, though the world war two stuff is almost as bad

  4. :025: :025: :025: :025: :025:

Congratulations you have managed to make 3 posts back to back and in each one you have avoided my question!!

    [move]WHAT IS YOUR POINT??[/move]

    could you elaborate

  5. pre split results..

Scottish Premier Inverness CT 0-1 Motherwell 04-03-2006

Scottish Premier Inverness CT 0-0 Hearts 11-03-2006

Scottish Premier Celtic 2-1 Inverness CT 22-03-2006

Scottish Premier Hibernian 0-2 Inverness CT 25-03-2006

Scottish Premier Inverness CT 0-1 Aberdeen 01-04-2006

Scottish Premier Livingston 2-1 Inverness CT 08-04-2006

two home defeats to the teams we were fighting for position with and losing to livi away, the team this season with the worst home record in division 1 and the team who finished with 18 points and a -54 goal difference in 2006.

yeah i was probably moaning my erse off

  6. said it a few times already but the club need to have something special up their sleave this summer to boost season ticket numbers, i honestly think we could get 1,000 more with a slight price decrease and alot of positive news over the summer with regards to players, possible stadium improvements, new investment etc.

**** even charlie chalk could appeal to inverness and say 'we dont want to be a small club anymore, come shut me up and do something about it'

  7. we dont need any of their players because they arent better than ours, never said that anywhere.

"" I can't remember you, at any point this season, praising the team or the manager in any way.  You are a depressing **** quite frankly... ""

what did i say this time last year?  was it possibly around the time we managed to turn a 4 point advantage over aberdeen to 7 points the other way before the split.

  8. but what the **** do you expect to be done about it harry?

Banning order for each of them, season tickets taken off them... maybe a fine of some sort!

Do you not think they should be punished?

im not sure if they should from that picture, seeing as half of them are cut and paste jobs.

general behaviour of their fans is poor so they should be punished for more serious offences where evidence exists, read in the paper down here apparently some guy from ayrshire is being charged with bigotted related breach of the peace (thats the jist of it) after the hibs - rangers game, they have 12 more names to approach rangers with.  even if they get 13 of them, there were 3,000 at the game who could all be accused of breaking the law, the way rangers sell their tickets for away games it might be possible to get hundreds more but it wont happen..  getting some of them is a start though.

did anybody see the picture on the back of the metro today  :015:

    real shame that

  9. if he was scottish id be expecting him in our national team

not too much praise required, hes deserves it and id be surprised if they had any better options, idiots to not have him involved

he hasnt signed for next season though, once he gets that sorted all be happier for him

  10. the spl's view on promotion and relegation is the complete opposite of the austrians thankfully!

i think it was around 01/02 but they even had a cup competition to decided who got promoted to the top league, between the top 4 teams from the second and third divisions, to replace the post season mini league.  the team who finished 2nd in the 3rd division found themselves in the premier league the next season!  after that they scraped it for a slightly less stupid league system, which even awarded points for goal difference aswell as results  :017:

theyve learnt from their cup and league experiments now and have adopted a more straightforward system... football league in england take note!

  11. in austria a couple of seasons ago they experimented with an idea which was a little bit better thought out.

in cup games, there would be a penalty shootout at half time, with the winner of that going through should the 90 minutes end in a draw( i like extra time and i like draws).  i think it worked in one of the cups but then austrian football is not the place to be trying to copy anything from

until recently the team who finished second bottom of the top league could get relegated down two divisions while the team that finished last is automatically down one :015:  ...the second relegation team went into a mini group with playoff and relegation teams from other leagues, if they finished in the bottom two then they have to goto the 3rd league.  madness... possible methods of entry into the 'mini league' changed seven season in a row

  12. when we last played the hibees while both teams were fresh they humped us 2-0 at easter road, we had one chance the whoel game and ended it with mark broiwn getting sent off  :015:  i think it was that game anyway

did i honestly just read that im not giving the team credit when they deserve it..?!  did you not notice us lose on saturday?  kilmarnock 3 ict 2 = 0 points and -1 on the goal difference, well done lads  :017:

stevie sometimes the team need to be knocked after victories they didnt deserve, such as the united game, the majority of the people on here who attended said we were awful and even questioned getting season tickets for next year.  nobody was happier than me that we beat them, i swear you could never doubt my loyalty to ict but by all means ill critisise the team after a pish performance, win or lose.  the day i stop is the day i stop wanting the best for the club
