Is it any wonder that we see so many kids and and adults too for that matter wearing the latest replica tops of the Old firm, Aberdeen and County in Inverness

Ok it could be argued that there will always be an element of this but the club are doing themselves no favours whatsoever in this delay and it will effect sales or worse still make some kids by other teams kits.A one off delay I could accept but this is a recurring problem and needs addressed

We may have known the design but did we know the sponsors?

I think that one of the problems with dealing with any kit supplier is the size of order. How many shirts are we likely to sell? 1000, 1500. Compare that with the figures supplied to the bigger clubs, both in UK and Europe, and we probably come in at the bottom end of the pecking order for printing.

Kilmarnock haven't got there new kit yet either although they are taking orders in advance.

We've known our sponsors for weeks now and as I said previously it should just of been a case of adding it to an already designed strip your argument is once more invalid

In light of wars in the middle east and planes being shot down over the Ukraine is this really such a big deal. New strips will come when they come and when that happens we can all choose to buy or not buy.

Im not on that particular fb page, however me an quite a few boys who were aged between 11-15 used to go to telford st in the Howden end and we still support ICTFC now, go to as many games as possible and furthermore have introduced our kids to the pride of the highlands and they don't support anyone other than ICT

I still think our success at least crowd wise is about 10ish years away

If the additional sponsor was scrapped just so that the shirts could go on sale 4 weeks earlier. How may extra would we have to sell to cover the loss in revenue. 2000 additional shirts maybe.

CaleyD you clearly dislike Dougal intensely but in this instance he makes an entirely valid point. The annual shambles surrounding the release of our strips is frankly an embarrassment to both the club and Errea. Ymip jr has given up asking when it's coming out and has splashed his cash elsewhere. Every club in the league releases their strip ahead of the school holidays and pre-season. Clearly the commercial department (sic) at ICT know better. Defending the indefensible.....as per.

No secret that our shirts were held up this season due to late change in sponsor/s. Not ideal, but it is what it is and I imagine most fans accept the importance of those deals to the clubs finances.

Those who choose to ignore the info to hand (not just on this subject) and constantly try to stir the **** are, IMO, Trolls...and should be dealt with as such under the forums guidelines.

Mikey Noble is basically reiterating what I've been saying for years and the usual suspects can't handle it despite it being so glaringly obviously

What's this nonsense am currently hearing that they are only worth the value of their basic pay outstanding on their contracts is this true

Would love to have Hayes back but cant see it. Hayes is being used as a 'model' for the new Aberdeen kit this season so would have thought it would be unlikely they would use him to promote their new strip if he were to be leaving.

Incidentally I think the Shinnie link with Aberdeen is pure and utter fantasy. Our chairman has already said it would take a very special offer to let any of our players move this summer. £30k is an absolute insult as far as Shinnies current ability and potential go

You obviously missed the part of the article on the club website where it states that it's the Subway brand in Scotland that is the sponsor and not a local franchisee.

If you have any concerns or questions in regards to what the deal is worth and whether or not it matches up to the previous deal then you should call the club and ask for a meeting with the Chairman.....or you can continue to be a spineless coward who prefers to hide behind an alias having a pop at supporters, sponsors, the club and it's staff.

I've not branded a single person a hypocrite for voicing their opinion on the chants...only those who expect others to make official approaches to the club/CJT on their behalf when it would have taken the same effort to write an email directly.

In regards to my criticising (or not) the chants people are accused of partaking in. It's not a discussion I wish to get into (publicly) with anyone posting on this thread.

CTO (the forum side) has never been an official communication channel for the club....so those posting on here are NOT (directly at least) giving those at the club their views.

In regards to people being lazy hypocrites....they should let their conscience be their guide. Some people who have posted on this thread have (and still do) lend extra support in a constructive manner, others are not in a position to do so...none of them have tried to twist, or appear to have taken offence with, anything I have said.
