Also for what it’s worth, I’m not a ‘fat, old lad’. Rather a young, slim, handsome lad. ?

Well I am a fat, old lad and I have nothing to fear from section F but I've seen too many people who could get caught up in something the club have a moral and legal obligation to protect them from. Given your youth and attitude to children, we can take some comfort in that you havn't procreated yet!

It's a very real concern for any parent, no need to be an Ahole about it.

And me.  Sounds like there's some absolute snowflakes in the Main Stand.

Its about the potential for violence and given there are young children in there too,  it is not an acceptable situation. You may be an old, fat lad with nothing to be concerned about but what about the mother with two kids?

A better idea would be to close the North stand and move everyone into the Main stand and keep the opposition segregation.

     It's not safe.

Thats the key point and a liability.

The stewards must have obtained a licence after formal training in crowd safety as well as conflict management before they are licenced. They therefore know what they are getting paid for and are rsponsible for our safety.

I'm not sure thats the case, they are stewards not security?

Polworth Man of the Match!!  I must have been at a different game. Apart from a couple of decent passes he continues to give the ball away far too easily and gives up when beaten ,. How he gets a game every week beats me. His booking sums up his attitude

New signing with the same tired old BS? I smell a sock puppet, Camen is that you....?  :lol::lol:

  6. Bizarre situation and just not acceptable. The club must remember they are responsible for the safety of all fans in the ground. The stewards are just ordinary people who are given a bright coloured jacket and are in no position and probably not capable of protecting fans if something kicked off.

Its an expensive lawsuit waiting to happen.

    Errr, caman IS Polworth!

Caman, like many of the "clique," on here has been a regular critic of Polworth so all credit to you Caman, looks like you can finally see the number 7 on the shirt!  :clapoverhead:

It just seems that if he dosent walk on water, change water into wine or heal sick children, he is poor and has an attitude problem. This has been discussed at length in other threads.....

Yeah but attitude problem and all that.

The biggest attitude problem he has is the attitude of some fans who are supposed to support him and the team. Every week someone on here regurgitates this nonsense. (usually the same clique) I wonder how these fans would cope with the bile he has had to put up with on the pitch?

Here's some clips from the last couple of games, you all might need to take your glasses off so you can see the number 7, clown shoes and red nose optional. And for all the wannabe managers, this is what you should be concentrating on and not the tired old "attitude" nonsense. Even better, get behind the player and we might see him for another season?

Appropriate wage for his contribution and ability. My opinion which i am entitled to. He is dispensable and replacable. On current form, I would drop him for Trafford, who appears to have more appetite.

Simply, Polworth is stale and has a negativety about him.

I heard he was at Hearts training same time as Mulraney. I think it is best for him and ICT that he moves on this month.

We've scored 34 goals in all competitions this season, Liam Polworth has scored or assisted 17, from a central midfield position.  He can present himself any way he wants as long as he contributes like that.

I said some time ago he should be looking towards being a future captain of the club. Graeme Shinnie (who I saw in the reception at TCS after the Livi game) was ICT captain by his age. He has gone on to be Aberdeen captain.

Maybe a couple of years ago but given the treatment he receives from the fans both on here and at the ground (only a few months ago "fans" were booing him when he got the ball) I would be very surprised if he sees a future for himself at ICT and who can blame him?

Shinnie could barely wait to leave as he signed a PCA and left for a better opportunity as did quite a few of the glory team, thats just the way the game is and we will continue to lose players in that way.

So you know the wages he or the other players are on? I suspect not so statements like that are just playing Football Manager, best kept to the Xbox.

I do get your point but like so many opinions on here it is based on lack of information or facts. I also agree a move will be best for him, he's been the whipping boy for a couple of years so a fresh start elsewhere would give him a huge boost with that millstone removed.

Don't think anything will happen this window, most likely the summer but if he does go, Doran better get his fitness back.

Polworth - Can't decide. Keep if he takes appropriate wages. If not, he can go.

What do you mean by appropriate wage? Are you suggesting our players take further wage cuts for the glory of wearing an ICT shirt?
Not sure its relevant as I've heard there are three clubs "enquiring,"  so I would expect him to leave if not in this window then the summer.

Rumour has it that Queens chairman was the man blocking the idea of the game being postponed?

Thats according to Chic Young and we all know what a walloper he is. According to him which he claims came from the league, both clubs had to agree but QOS declined. Poor show.

So apparently Nick Ross is a trialist for us tonight against county.

I  wouldnt read too much into that, more likely he was just getting a game. If  he was interested in signing I think he would have done so by now but things change, only Nick knows the answer.

In terms of the catering, my understanding is that the pies are still (or were up until recently) made in Glasgow, frozen and then brought up to Inverness during the week and then defrosted and reheated for the Saturday.  We have Harry Gows, Ashers, Duncan Fraser's and other local companies whose products are a far higher quality.  Why don't we use them?

Absolutely, the pies are awful, I'd gladly pay a bit extra for a decent pie.

The tannoy is also a disgrace.  We nearly had a match postponed once because it failed yet some weeks you'd be forgiven for thinking it'd packed in years ago.  What would happen if there was emergency?  On Saturday it was barely audible.  I've been to Highland League grounds with a clearer tannoy.  I don't know what it's like in the Main Stand, but almost always in the North Stand it is unacceptable.

Main stand is just as bad, easily drowned out by the Worthers wrappers.
