For instance Stevie Borthwick the Kingussie manager on one occasion this season dropped his own son and his own nephew after they played midweek football. I also recollect an instance when Newtonmore football club were forbidden to start a fund raising effort from within the Eilan shinty ground.
Kingussie welfare side are very strong, probably the best in the league,Strathspeyh have also managed to attract a def from Kingussie, but he isnt joining until the shinty seasons finished, and stfc youth development set up has managed to attract players from newtonmore, but NO-ONE from Kingussie, say it all really the grip shinty has there even on the kids

Buses have already been reserved with D&E Coaches, by the Supporters Club, for all the away games for season 10/11. The buses leave from the Stadium, usually at 10am for a 3pm kick off, but earlier for the Kilmarnock games (more miles to travel) and later for the Aberdeen and St Johnstone games (less miles to travel). The number to phone to book a seat on the bus is 0751 976 3507. The cost remains at ?12 per person.
The Fans entry in the ICT website has been updated and likewise the entry in this Forum will be updated. Reminders to fans about the bus and the number to phone will be placed in this Forum before each away game.
We hope to see you on the bus to Dundee on the 22nd.
d+e coaches must have a fair few coaches, they do a lot of teams and supporters

Heard that the strathspey thistle pitch is no stranger to being water logged, so no surprises there.
Thanks Caleyrule
ITS ACTUALLY THE 1ST TIME SINCE JOINING the highland league we have had a game cancelled due to a waterlooged pitch! so not sure where u get ur info from! a lot of time and money been spent on the pitch during the close season, and playing on it tonight would churn it up for the new season, there was puddles every where at 10am this morning
-
we would probably have gone on to win the competition.
never in a 100 years will england ever be good enough to win the world cup so dont kid yourself
-
we scots know were crap,we dont kid ourselves on were anything else! but the english media and commentators put the team on a pedestal that there world class, when everyone outside england knows there not even top 8 in world, once they admit there a average team who will NEVER in a 100 years win the world cup again then maybe the nation will get respect from, others around them, and before anyone says at least we were there, true but we know were mince and admit it
-
That would be a good signing, superb player, thought we should have kept hold of him longer than we did. He must be getting on a bit now though?
not sure what age davie will be mid 30,s? our captain and centre back is 36 so he might be same age as him lol
-
If you want Strathspey to improve, why not sign the whole Muir of ord team?
maybe they dont all want to move lol,i suppose we could sign mur of ord defender and ex caley player dave brennan lol
-
anyone here watch any games in it?
Are you worried about being politely asked to relegate yourselves to this league SG?? ;)
NO WE JUST SIGNED A MUIR OF ORD PLAYER AND WONDERED IF ANYONE had seen him play
-
Watch the odd Muir of ord rovers game
DO YOU KNOW ANY OF THERE PLAYERS?IE JASON HILL?
-
anyone here watch any games in it?
-
i fail to see how clach are allowed to sign 3 players, with another 3 alledgely coming in soon, must be gauling for the 3 players they owe ?000,s to!!!
-
It might just be the photo but that keeper look a little on the chunky side for a professional football player.
HES a great keeper been at caley for a good few years, his brother was on loan at strathspey last 4 seasons from nairn
-
thought this was a tokley thread ???
it was/is until a mod went of topic, but seems to be ok for them ,1 rule for some, another for others
-
I heard that Strathspey Thistle were interested.
get a new joke, this ones like you getting old :D
-
probably more likely that each squad will be a mixture of first teamers and reserves/youths.
There was a typo, we are actually sending our Under 9's to face Strathspey.
we,ll field our under 14,s then thy had a better season than 1st team
-
Where did I abuse you?
If you want to personally abuse someone take it to PM.
didnt say u personally but others have especially moderators,if people cant take it dont give it
-

thought you were talking about a ticket not your face?
LOL!!11! :D
Moronic abuse aside I am looking forward to hearing more about the wonderful Strathspey Thistle this coming season. Does anyone know how long it normally takes to get the sheep cleared off the pitch before the game starts?
oh so the 13 legs and so many arms etc isnt abuse towards me? giving as good as i get,but obviously when boots on the other foot it isnt so good eh? :D

Hey, leave my hometown team alone.
They were just unlucky to concede 120 goals and finish with a goal difference of -90.
Aye, and only someone from Strathspey would have enough fingers and toes to allow them to do those kinda sums!!!
or if we count your weight in stones probably comes close to goals we conceded
-
iam from badenoch lol
So what happened? Did you not make it in shinty so had to emagrate to football in Strathspey?
no shinty isnt played in aviemore,so never even watched it let alone played it
