  1. Not a happy clapper but by going off 'stronger together' thread on here it sounds like the relationship between the trust and the board are improving. I just pray that the trust are able to bridge the chasm between the club and the fans. Stadium looks and feels soul-less and without character, as many stadiums do when they are built out of town with nothing nearby. Initiatives like Football memories and the Mcdonalds football festival for the kids go a long way to make a ground feel like a home, but maybe more initiatives to make the stadium feel less souless could include getting some keen individuals from the Honours degree course for art & contemporary practices course from the UHI in to give the place a bit of colour! I wouldn't mind putting money to initiatives like that, although wouldn't go anywhere to securing the clubs future in full time football! "Would be the most colourful ground in league 1"........
  2. The question now is, how much rotation before hamilton game? can we affor to rest either allardice or welsh? not been impressed with woods yet personally, personally wouldn't have him in the midfield 'pivot' holding midfielders. Delaney maybe to be rested after his knock just at start of 2nd half? Well done to Aaron Doran on seemingly changing the game after he came on with the winning of the penalty and the assist for Cammy
  3. Not sure if this will come true , but police presence will be at a max for OF game after the trouble that went opn last time
  4. He'd be best candidate out just now for me, his first taste of the big job at aberdeen will give him a brief but good experience of taking charge at another clu, if he kept Esson on as his right hand man or not, he'd have his choice of boys like Tokes who he played with to go in as his number 2, Personally think Esson would be Ideal as he's very highly thought of coaching wise and knonws the youngsters coming through!
  5. Next Saturday could be a season-defining game for us, if we (somehow) win we'd be on 32 points, 7 off top with raith away then morton and Hamilton to play at home, if these players are coming back like dodds says every week then who knows what could happen. Will take a miracle imo as QP are scoring goals for fun, but there's always hope
  6. 10 (TEN) Goals in 2 games, I know the teams we've been playing have been dross, but it just shows what we're capable of when out attacking players are fit!! long live Dan MacKay, hope his substitution was only cautionary!!
  7. Thought Delaney was excellent with the interceptions vs Cove, sometimes worry that he's always trying to nip in front to win the ball every time, but his recovery pace is great so he looks like being a really good player to have in the team
  8. Genuinely interested in who people would be happy with as next manager in the summer? Graham Alexander? Tommy Wright? Barry Ferguson? Neil McCann?? Yogi? Or maybe a left-field option (see Pedro Caixinha....)
  9. Thought Hyde grew into the game really well, and Welsh had some important tackles that we've been missing without Allardice! That Henderson ball to Doran for Billy's 3rd goal looked like something De Bruyne could come out with!! Looks a really promising player for sure
