"The confidence has definitely increased.

"The guys have showed that they're enjoying the sessions but the most important thing is to take that onto the pitch on Saturday against Killie.

"Everything we've learned from the training ground had to be reproduced come 3pm Saturday, where it matters.

"Coming to work every day with a smile on your face really helps and being together breeds confidence and being in each other's company increases the belief."

Yes, good luck to ICT today and I hope you all enjoy the game. I did intend to make the trip but the train I was booked on from Aberdeen has been cancelled due to the snow (line blocked at Keith) and I doubt if the next one would have got me there in time - if it even runs - so I'm reluctantly back home .

I'll be there!!!
