Rangers 'massive' win in France. They had 3 shots in the whole game and scored with each. Lyon hit wood 3 times and had over 30 shots at goal with some wonder saves. Lucky or floodlight robbery.

Celtic beat the past it euro champs, thanks to a dodgie basketball player pretending to be a keeper, and an own goal. Mind you the ref didnt help with his pen to get the Italians back on level terms. Same team hammered in Ukraine 2 weeks before.

Scotland in Paris. Brilliant performance, world class defending and out of this world GOAL. Home and away.

We know the Scotland team IS getting there, but are the others, and will it improve OUR football, as we seem to play pretty good stuff as it is. MUST ADMIT FELT DAM GOOD LAST SATURDAY NIGHT.

Classic rose tinted spectacles at play here. Scotland did not deserve to win in paris  but it was a great victory. I was pleased the 3 Scottish teams pulled off FANTASTIC results this week.

It was a good week for the Jocks (and Irish) and (Huns) though, makes the rest sit up and take notice, albeit some fortuitous moments, but they had to be in it to win it. :021:

How many times do you see the team who out classes the other lose or the team with all the goal attempts not score whilst the other scores with their only attempt, that's football and that's what makes it the game it is.

TM4TJ Good call though you most certainly have got to be in it to win it, also i think these things show that there is a big slice of luck plays a part in the out come of a football match.
