NEW STRIP LAUNCHED FOR 2006/2007 SEASON
Caley Thistle will adopt a more ‘tigerish’ approach to their third SPL campaign – for their first new strip in two seasons sees a switch to more stripes on the shirt.
The broad panels are replaced by narrower stripes and defender Ross Tokely who has made a record 362 appearances for the Inverness club says “They are very different to what we have worn in our first two SPL seasons but I think the players and supporters will find them attractive.” Director of Football Graeme Bennett said “The stripes are much more in line with the designs we wore in the Third and Second Divisions but have taken those forward.Kit manufacturers Errea designed them in Italy and we have taken delivery of a full first team strip ready for SPL duty. Replica Strips will be available for supporters by mid-July so they can wear our latest colours for the new season.”
