    Cameron joins the Board

      Teaser Paragraph:

ICT have issued a press release today formally announcing that former director Kenny Cameron will rejoin the board.

In his previous stint as a board member, Kenny was instrumental in the creation of ideas such as Boardroom Banter and other communication initiatives. We at CTO welcome this appointment wholeheartedly.

ictfc_prKenny joins Caley Jags board Inverness businessman Kenny Cameron has accepted an invitation to join the board of Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC. Mr Cameron has been chairman of the club's Youth and Community charitable trust since its inception in 2004.

He is a partner in CK Events, the promoters of the sellout Rod Stewart concert at Tulloch Caledonian Stadium in July. Club chairman George Fraser said:"Kenny was previously a very active board member but had to stand down due to his business commitments at the time. He has a great deal to contribute and I'm very pleased he's agreed to return. "Kenny will have very much a hands-on role in our operational activities as part of a wider drive by the club to support our off-field activities, in delivering new revenue generating opportunities as well as enhancing value to existing sponsors and advertisers. "We see Kenny as having a link role between the board and supporters' organisations to further understanding and mutual development. Following the re-signing of the management team for next season, this appointment is part of a strategy of putting in place building bricks to underpin and strengthen the club's future." Mr Cameron said:"I'm pleased to be in a position to accept a directorship based on an excellent discussion with the chairman. This club is most successful when everyone concerned pulls together and works for the common good. I will do what I can in that direction."
