  1. Meanwhile Hart can continue to drive his BMW, live in his ?250,000 house and not have to suffer in the slightest for his error...after all, why should he suffer when his actions can be used to teach everyone else such a great lesson.  In fact we should all personally write and thank the guy...he's actually a hero.

    :029:

HN - "It has been a very difficult situation for me, which has been wearing me down for however long.  The only thing that matters to me now is concentrating on my football" - Richie

Think it's very harsh to accuse him of getting off scot free!  He's obviously been very stupid, and has definitely suffered for it.

I'm really disappointed that he bought the drugs, but he tested negative, and we should support him.

If everyone on this board had to leave after "disgracing the club" - they'd be no fecker left on here!

    We've all made mistakes.

This situation could be turned completely on it's head - do it american style - send Richie out to schools as a kind of "community service"

and to teach kids about the dangers of drugs and associating with people that do!

Doubt they'd have the bollox to do it though!

    Standing firmly behind Hart!

  2. From tonights Highland News

    ICT Suspends Drugs Shame Player

"Unfortunately the way the justice system works, it's more beneficial if you accept guilt

rather than be found guilty after pleading not guilty.  At the end of the day it was what my views

were on the matter, compared with what the police felt"

"I obviously discussed it with my solicitor.  If you do not think you have a strong enough case to go

against it, bascially it's your word against the police"

"I have never tested postitive for any drugs"

"When interviewed Hart said that the amount on the CD disc was the remainder of half a gramme he bought

for ?40 from someone at the venue"

  3. I might be being completely niave, but I don't believe it was his.

Why would he risk everything - especially when he knew he had tests probably coming up,

and was already struggling to break back into the first team.

Just because it was found in his car does not mean it was his!!!!!!!

  4. Just my own personal tuppence worth...

    - Admission of guilt could be to sped things up and save the club anymore embarrassment?

    - I went to school with Ritchie, he was in the year below me, he certainly wasn't a "druggie"

and I believe his only mistake was trusting people, who I believe are the real culprits that he has taken the fall for.

    - I can see why the club have suspended him, but I do hope he is re-instated and pulls on a ICT Shirt again.

He's paid the price for others - let him get on with his footie.

This "tarnishing the good name of ICT" is an absolute load of BullSh*t - look at other "rebels"...previous managers perhaps?  Who did far more to "disgrace" the club than Ritchie ever has.

Some people on this board really need to grow the F*ck up!  :008: :008: :008:

  5. Dont know about that, stick with him? can we afford to stick with a keeper that does not inspire confidence in the defence, can we afford to lose more stupid goals?

If any outfield player has a drop in form, he will be shunted into the reserves PDQ.

What about the Keeper being able to have confidence in his defence? - they've been a feckin shambles since Dodds left!!!!!!  No wonder Frasers confidence is shaky!

I'd stick with him, plenty goalies have howlers and come back out fighting!

C'mon Fraser - time to silence your critics!

  6. IHE is by no means an angel - and to some of us that's part of his charm -  :-*

We really need to figure out a way to move this forward though - especially when it's distracting from performances on the pitch!

Russell Duncan - what a feckin peach!!!!!!!!!

  8. Caley D's got a Pink Feather Boa - he wore it on Highland March - think it was at that Bothy place!  :blah01: :015:

Love the "Wear it Pink" idea - what a giggle!  Definitely up for it.....and if it encourages any folk here to read up and potentially help prevent a case...all the better!  :clapping03:

Wear it Pink is about having fun and getting the message across.

Well done LG - top work!

That's the final sponsor sold - for anyone that missed out, they'll be an opportunity to sponsor horses on the night too.

Tug/Heilan - sorry you can't make it, will just have to see you at the next "Innes Bar Chase" - which if memory serves me right, involves Footballers Wife......several nervous looking Internutters..... and a tube of glitter!  :crazy07:

  11. Derby were lifted off the bottom of the English Premiership tonight by a superb Kenny Miller 30 yarder.

Stop exaggerating, it was only 25 yards.....and nowhere near as good as McFadden's 40 yarder.

    :015:

I don't think we'd care if the ball bounced off Brewsters @rse - as long as it goes in that flippin net!

  12. Derby were lifted off the bottom of the English Premiership tonight by a superb Kenny Miller 30 yarder...sending Bolton to the bottom.

Our turn on Saturday to swap places with Gretna?

Yep, I'm defintely grasping at straws here!  :015:

  13. I'd like to think Brewster has the foresight to keep Fraser, he's a very good Keeper that should be nutured..not blamed for our shambles of a defence!

We were spoilt with Brown, but at the same time he had absolute howlers too - which some folks seem to have forgotten - remember the feeling on conceeding a penalty when he was in goal! :029:

Dods was an absolute machine, that frequently covered folks mistakes, tracking back to save the day.  We've been exposed without him!

We need to show faith in Mikey - he's pulled of some great reactive saves - the lad will come good - he's already earned that jersey IMHO - and will fight hard to keep it!

  14. I always remember a shop in Grantown, gorgeous home made icecream, if we were good (which wasn't very often! :crazy07:) we got taken as a treat!

    Mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Is this thread making anyone else hungry?  :015:

  15. Let's enjoy today - one of the only times that Scotland will be mentioned in the headlines before England and receive some much deserved credit.

    :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03:

PB is from Birmingham, his phone was was going berserk last night after the match with congratulations messages from south of the border.

I've experienced racism and been targeted in England due to my accent, I've also been targeted in Scotland for living in Birmingham and "sounding English"!  You can't win!

Sometimes I think it comes down to how secure you are with who you are and your nationality.

You'll always get neds - everywhere.

Hopefully Scotland can continue this form, our football gets taken seriously...and the banter (which is good fun when in jest) continues.....
