Still not 100% sure that I can make it. Have to take the car, but still need to find a driver to do a run to MULL for me. :( I'm working on it now though.

I agree RIG, must just have been a typo. The BBC did have conflicting information when I checked the other day. I do agree though that there seems no need for a change - however good that would be for me. I don't suppose they will change it just so that I can get back for a party.

Decided not to go to this game, but the Jinky tribute almost brought a tear to my eye. Sounded like a great tribute to a fantastic player. Also thought it sounded like a decent game and we gave a good account of ourselves as usual (if only you got points for playing well). The only down side is that I was working and everyone that gets in the car needs to know when you started, when you are finishing and if you are busy. I wish they would just shut up when the football is on. They don't even take the hint when I turn up the volume.

Can anyone clarify the kick off time- seems to be 99.9% 3pm, but the BBC seem to be a bit confused. see here

I was relying on you IHE to give us the name of the pub - it was good craic and we are needing a meeting place for the Angels. We just followed the noise last time to find you - so we'll try the same again. :angel2: RIG - What do you mean she can't make it - we need all the angels we can get for this one. Spoke to Charlie the other night and he is mortified.

Well Sam what did you think of the game? Not really a classic. It was really strange sitting our own seats and not to have ICT on the park. Nice to meet you by the way.

I take it our resident photographer will be there, but I'll try to remember my camera. If only to get a picture of Coisty. 8) Now that I can host and post pictures there's no stopping me.

Don't think it's likely to be on setanta, and because they have all the SPL rights, nobody else will be able to show it either. Certainly would be a momentus night. (especially if we can take something from the game)

Wish someone could remember the name of the pub we met in last time. Excellent craic. We'll just have to meet in the stadium if we can't arrange a pub.

I had no intention of going to this game, but I just might now as Celtic have decided to have a few Jinky tributes as this will be their first home game. Think it would be a good occasion to be involved in. Need to organise a few things first and see if I can afford it as I' definitely going to Hibs on the Saturday.

I'm going along. Should be good craic. It will be good to see the boys in Scotland shirts.

Supporters club paying for the halos, but Brooks Mileson is supplying the T-shirts. Just awaiting a sample in tomorrow's post to give the go ahead for the rest of them. Should have them for Hibs. We are using Caley D's logo, so they should be quite cool.

What do you mean 'and you think rib tickler as well'. There is certainly no mistaking her.

And you fooled the snow too, it fell in all the wrong places.

No limit to the numbers for Hibs. As many as possible. Just need an idea for numbers of Halos to order. Been offline for about the last day and a bit so I'll check the other thread. Cheers.

Barry Wilson is due back in training on Monday. He looked okay last night as he coached the reserve team. Proctor has not broken his wrist just dislocated his shoulder, so it depends how bad it is as to how long he will be out for, but definitely a couple of weeks. With Rossco serving a 1 match ban for the Celtic game things are getting harder and harder for our last few games before the split. Spoke to Blackie last night too about the challenge on him on Saturday when they 'accidentally' kicked the ball in his face. He said that they brought him down and then stood on him before kicking the ball in his face - In his words - ANIMALS. But suprprise, surprise it went un punished. A few people said it was the most biased refereeing they have ever seen. I was hoping to see Doddsy to ask him what he thought about the hand shake he was made to so after he was fouled - still haven't worked that one out. Haven't posted most of this on the main board as I don't like posing direct quotes from players, but seems okay in our little secret forum.

Suppose I'll have to tolerate scotsport to see what they have to say. I e-mailed them and asked them to have a look at the challenge on Proctor, but I don't suppose they will. How can the guy have a dislocated shoulder and a fractured wrist, if he just bumped into him by accident.

Saw your post on the FAO board, she must wonder what you are up to. :D

Because I'm going to the murder Mystery night, I'm obviously not working so I will be able to enjoy some pre match socialising. You are right though, we do need a result, but we tend to raise our game when playing the higher placed teams. Here's hoping.

See you in the Innes then. Are you coming to the Murder Mystery night after?
  23. L_G replied to RiG's topic in Caley Thistle
P & J today says that Proctor will probably miss the rest of the season. As suspected he has dislocated his shoulder and has a suspected fractured wrist. He is a promising young player and we could have been doing with him to cover for Barry until he regains fitness. How the Motherwell player didn't get a card for what was a malicious challenge I'll never know. I might even send and e-mail to the SFA regarding a couple of clearly biased decisions and the attitude of the referee towards Dargo (I think) when he challenged a decision. Shocking performance.

Can't remember the prices, but Charlies Angels are attending. Would Laura like to be an Angel. Just for the day that is?? :P

Weather is okay with us at the moment. As long as we have no more snow it should be fine. It's not even that cold and it's nice and bright. But then again it's always freezing at the stadium. Half of my family have already left for the Innes, I'll be joining them in a bit.
