Oh dear - McGregor on fer Pukki and Johanssen fer Twardzik. Suspect that will take Griffiths off the wing where he was ineffectual.

No need fer any change fer us but bring on Doran fer Williams after the hour.

Definitely penalty and all the BT commentators agree - love Charlie's comment that it would be given 99 times out of a hundred at Parkdread - and the ref was in a perfect position and never even considered a. Card - even when Christie had a right go st him when the ball eventually went out of play - Same old, Same old.

Feel that Delia has got it all wrong tactically which bears well fer us. Will be interesting if he changes the team and the style at the break. Commons looks well off the pace and we are winning the midfield battle. Shuffling Mulgrew into the midfield and playing two up front would be worrying. Pukki needs to be kept on as long as possible.

This really is a game there fer the winning. Let's watch fer the killer second half start. Commentators even describe it as being "finely poised". But Brill is our MOM at the moment but I can't give poor marks to anyone although Williams has drifted out of the game. Mil grew and Ambrose are providing the experience that is holding us at bay. Lets hope that Mulgrew sticks at the back.

49/51 possession says it all OR does it suit us playing more defensively. We certainly are looking good on the break. Cellic have practically the whole team back for corners but we are still getting there first BUT still no clear cut chance.

Christie goes down in box and replays show definite contact but rather acrobatic reaction. But no yellow card ?!! And then brill keeps us in the game and he is having a fine game. Cellic are trying to slow it down and they have resorted to the tippy tappy approach. Unfortunately they look more penetrating and likely to score than we do.

57 / 43 possession to us and 7 shots to 2 as well

Still well in the ascendancy and a look up and a better final touch from Watkins would have led to the first goal. Only concern is that we look rather open at the right at the back. Could do with a goal before Cellic wake up and find a shape.

Well 10 minutes gone and we are certainly having a go and have even stopped Cellic pressing and are looking by far the better side. Williams and Watkins are playing with width and both attacking the full backs. Tansey running midfield and wee Billy poaching on the last man with Christie doing most of the running.

Cellic have evidently Sussed out the system and are pressing the defenders. Prior to the near free kick miss fro Tansey Cellic have already been very close to interceptions.

I love you anoraks - thanks for the response Don - I would agree that if you get it right it should work anywhere. I have always backed Yogi and appreciate that it all takes time and the players are clearly behind him. I was getting frustrated that he did not appear to be tinkering with the system but he clearly is. One last comment about Billy. I think that he is at his best and the best for the team when he is here, there and everywhere, dragging central defenders out of position. He did appear to be stuck in a very limited, traditional centre forward role. Was that the case yesterday. .

Fair comment. But interested to hear the "played with width" - "movement on and off the ball " - "pressing the ball when opposition have it " - and the only negative would appear to be getting support for wee Billy. I was concerned about not using the flanks - I was concerned about the midfielders moving more backwards and sideways and wee Billy being too static. I presume that has been worked on. On that note will The Christie role also be tinkered with ? That means that Yogi has noted the flaws and has tinkered with the system. Bodes well for the future. Let's face it - any result (even a back to the wall draw) against Cellic will be an accomplishment .

I am reliably informed that the booing could have been directed at any one of the three worst posters of all time who were encamped in the Main Stand.

I appreciate all of that but most of the comments on here are similar to mine after the Brum game. You do not defeat teams who park the bus with that style of play. In many ways it encourages them to put the handbrake on and wait for a break. The hoof game is as bad but it sometimes works. As I have said before we will have a load of low scoring games this season. My MAJOR worry is that the style will drive peeple away and the attendances will drop further. And we will be very, very predictable.
