Again is it only me but in the 2-2 draw we had a dream start and then we parked the bus. We ended up being rather fortunate to come away with a point. And many complained that we resorted to the "hoof" during that game leaving Billy totally isolated and simply giving the ball back to Cellic. All of a sudden - and not surprising from a psychological perspective - Butcher is being lauded.

Is it just me but did a lot of that actually makes sense. He is saying that he wants to try and stick to the same pattern irrespective of who he is playing. That may actually be Hari-kari at Parkdread but I also felt that he had a point about the hoof. Changing the system is a learning curve. I also think that he is right about some heads going down and some players being outmuscled - he didn't name and shame them but I am sure that he pointed it out in the dressing room. In many ways this is trying to minimise the hoof.

It is the performances and the level of entertainment that is most important in the next three games rather than the scores or the points. Unfortunately I suspect that there are quite a few season tickets depending on it. And a losing streak will only least fer three more games - but talk about sticking with what we have got fer next season is utter garbage. If that is the case as I alluded to before it must be finances and the Board.

I still think that a lot of this is linked to expectation. I have to concede that the tactics fer the Cellic game, given the last Parkdread experience were totally flawed. Horses fer courses comes to mind. I still feel that we have no alternative other than stick to Yogi BUT we are losing season tickets and togetherness and hope - the " threat" of no signings is basically astonishing. What this needs - and it is CRUCIAL - is a statement of intent from the BOARD - I appreciate the "feedback" from the likes of Caley D, davie and company - BUT sorry we need summat from on high - which has been worryingly missing of late. It feels to me that this club has an open wound and is bleeding - to stop it from haemorrhaging we need an infusion of "hope" and a First Aid declaration from the Board - and not the faithful minions - as to how we are going to stem the flow of blood.

Thank feck fer Chorley. BUT if we get 9 points from the last three games then we will be on 62 points. If Motherwell draw against St Johnstone and lose their other two games they will be on 62 games and will have a lesser goal difference. If Aberdeen and Cellic win all their games - we can do it. Now a point today and we are feckin laffin.
