But if Butcher resigned he and ICT would both lose out on a lot of money and Terry is only playing hard ball fer the sake of us. He is sacrificing a lot and deserves more support.

Agree with Alex again. I have just watched the Alba replay and I can only heap praise on TB for the way that he hid his emotions and kept a straight face - deep in enemy territory - he must have been dying to jump up and celebrate. Is there anything that this poor man will not go through fer the future prosperity of ICT.

Spot on Alex. Terry isn't thinking about himself and he is holding Hibs to ransom for the good of ICT and the fans. He will still be welcomed back with open arms and if he is now forced to go to Hibs as a sacrificial lamb I am certain that he will have the decency not to make any bids fer ICT players in the Xmas window. You just can't help but love, worship, cherish and idolise this man of the Inverness people.

Mo is totally under the control of TB - not so sure about Marsella. As I have said on another thread I fear that this is just going to get worse.

In all seriousness TB was charismatic and a real personality. I am going to look at this in two time zones. Prior to Monday 4th November 2013 TB, warts and all, brought good times and success to ICT - to which I wholeheartedly applaud him, as I am sure many, many others will also do. This week has been calamitous and his narcissistic traits appear to have imploded. Unfortunately I fear that he is only going to make things ten times worse as he will definitely project the blame anywhere else other than himself. His behaviour at Easter Road today was so lacking in simple emotional awareness it was actually pitiful.

I am I with the co-dependants on this one. Terry is still the manager and his communication, behaviour and demeanour this week has been misunderstood.

Terry is on his way home with his shitzu and will be surreptitiously buying all the fish suppers and hugging all the players. He will then return into silence until he takes training again at the TCS on Monday.

Poor Terry - I hope that when he clarifies that he is not going anywhere that the fans will rally around with their support. We should not forget that he is still the manager of ICT and he was simply taking his dog fer a walk yesterday and was chatting with the players. He sat in the stands out of respect for both teams and both sets of fans. I understand that he wanted to go to the away support at the end but has decided to leave that until the warm welcome that he will receive in a couple of weeks time. Some peeple appear to think that he is enjoying all of this mayhem and is thick skinned.
