Ok another repeat thread but interesting that it hasnt been brought up. WHAT IS THE POINT OF PUTTING HIM ON THE BENCH WITH NO EVIDENT INTENTION OF BRINGING HIM ON ? - THAT IS THREE FECKIN GAMES NOW YESTERDAY WE MAY HAVE SAVED THE GAME IF WE HAD AN ALTERNATIVE. BUT HE WENT DOWN IN MY ESTIMATION YESTERDAY WHEN HE APPEARED TO SPEND MORE TIME BONDING WITH THE JAM TART SUPPORT. HE COULD HAVE CHANGED THE GAME YESTERDAY - EITHER PLAY HIM or OFFLOAD HIM or BANISH HIM TO THE RESERVES. Sorry Gillian - This one comes from the head and the heart.

:018: Excellent journalistic response - says it all to me - but you avoided answering the theory. :thumb04:

Feck me - you can speak Latvian.

EXACTLY - the peeple in charge of this club are trying to bamboozle us by using Brewster as a scapegoat and looking to take a big name in - They may even break the bank to prevent Robbo - They are to blame - they should be MADE to stand up and explain why they backed Brewster until mid january and to explain the debacle of tactical ineptness that occured at Tynie yesterday. How can any new manager be expected to take this on and have his own say in it ? DISGRACEFUL - WE THE FANS HAVE BEEN LET DOWN.
-
:D :021: :thumb04: :018: ;) Now why didnt I think of that !! - possibly cos im not a contortionist but I could always get some other cnuts to kiss it.
-
Scotty / Charlie - would you come to Sneck fer feckin peanuts and a Club which has a very, very poor - and falling - reputation in its Management structure ?
-
That thread got clogged up but it is possibly the most important topic of our season. We have to remember that it is our Board who supported Brewster until mid January when he quite clearly, in the best interests of the club should have been feckin booted out in early December at least - apart from putting Roy at left back yesterday what have Grassa and co actually changed - SFA. If we get a new manager on Tuesday what feckin chance does he have - bet he asks fer a 6 month contract - if the Board also quash the obvious need to take on Robbo and feck their internal nonsense. At Tynie we had the spirit restored - we have the commitment - we have the energy - we have the resolve - we have the fitness - we probably have the loyal support - BUT we dont have consistency - we dont have a settled team - we dont have a settled system (home or away) - we dont have creativity and we dont have a striker (s). We hardly ever look like scoring from open play - we rely on the dead ball ploy - we have nobody to create in midfield - or anybody played in that position. We went fer Tokely and Duncan to play central midfield - give me a feckin break. We can look pretty but as soon as we get into the final third - unless it is a dead ball - we are fecked. I am very concerned - as ma wee friend Hairy alluded to - that we may be too late - the feckin Board have sat on this fer too long and it has totally backfired on them - They are as much to blame as Brewster - nae feckin more. And look at some of the tactical decisions yesterday - FECKIN SHOCKING. We need a creative midfielder and a striker or we could be fecked ? So dont get hung up that it will be better without Brewster cos the peeple to blame are still in their jobs.

Nowt to rival Imries yesterday - sooperb.

u forgot the 3rd option,he was ok and ihe is talking his usual crap It may have missed yer attention but most peeple agree with my smileymometers. If I cant use the word feckin then I may as well go. -
At the game it just looked like a clumsy challenge - stand on yer feet and you dont give a diver the excuse to dive. Roy should be docked wages for unprofessionalism and leeting the side down. BUT HEY - RYAN ESSON KICKING LUMPS OUT OF THE PENALTY SPOT HAS TO GO DOWN AS ONE OF THE FECKIN FUNNIEST MOMENTS IN ICT HISTORY - CLASSIC - WAS IT CAUGHT ON ALBA ?
-
DOH - It is a lot more about spondoolachs !!
-
IMHO - Ya kiss the badge when ya have been here long enuff to justify it - not becos ya are out to please the fans to get your place back. Having said that Imrie has the spirit and the enterprise - hopefully one day he will have the ability to go with it.

Jam Tart Smileymometer
IMMORTAL HOWDEN ENDER replied to IMMORTAL HOWDEN ENDER's topic in Caley Thistle
I aint having a go at Gatheussi but he just looked like a fish out of water - he looked as if he did not have a clue where he was or what he should have been doing. I thought he was being played out of position for a start. As fer Imrie - he is so inconsistent he is unbelievable - he missed a total sitter, played some terrible passes, got caught out of position on a few occassions - but he pleases the fans with his energy, his tackling and as good a free kick as ya could want. But he is either a hero or a liability. u forgot the 3rd option,he was ok and ihe is talking his usual crap It may have missed yer attention but most peeple agree with my smileymometers. -
TBH - where I was he was lucky it was a red - but Wood was even luckier.
-
I am off to the pub - but the negatives balanced out the positives - Smileymometr posted in Gorgie road - dont worry - I had a wee bottle of Irn Bru and voddie as I did it !!
-
Well - lets look at the positives - The attitude, the drive and the motivation was cleary there - we played the ball on the deck and in to feet most of the time - it was possibly one of the most entertaining games of the season - we have unearthed a beauty in Mihadjucks - but how long will he be an ICT player - and the selection and the tactics were almost as bad as usual. We need a forward yesterday and we are 3-4 players short of survival. ESSON :015: :D :P :021: May well be our saviour this season - thought he should have punched for the first goal but he is the closest thing to Jimmy Calder I have ever seen. GATTHEUSI Shocking decision - almost as bad as taking proctor on in his place. Clearly, clearly unfit - clearly, clearly LOST - clearly, clearly unsettled at rite back - and now it looks like a hamstring and out fer 4-6 weeks at least. SHOCKING MIHADJUKS :D :D :D :D :D MOM - but how long are we going to keep him - he must be thinking - "What have I let myself in fer ?" MUNRO :D :D :D Formed a good partnership with Pavel - but WHY oh WHY was he put to left back when Royster was sent off - SHOCKING. ROYSTER :D :D :D Looked a bit out of place but he went forward and Granty covered. Need to see the pen again as Driver made the most of it but why was he sent off - judging by the Jam Tart fans he deserved it. COWIE :D :D :D Where was he palying fer 45 mins - then fer 20-30 mins he was beuing hit and looked fer with most of the passing - and he looked the part - Sending off changed that - but augurs well fer the future. TOKELY :D :D :D :D At first I thought - what the feck !! But he almost double man to man marked the wee guy and Nade put in a tremendous shift in the hole - but should have gone back to full back when Gattheusi broke down. DUNCAN :D :D :D Took on the Royster role - Not as invisible but not as effective. VIGURS :D :D :D More hope fer the future but why was he hooked - SHOCKING IMRIE :D :D Mr feckin inconsistency - what a free kick and a fan fave - kissing the badge etc. - but the bottom line is that he is a SFL player. WOOD :D :D :D Lad has a nice first touch, is strong and holds the ball up - but is totally out of his depth otherwise. PROCTOR :thumb04: :003: SHOCKING - have a look at the second goal and his tackle on Pavel could have led to a rite injury - hopefully he will follow his sugar daddy ASAP. MAGUIRE :D :003: RIDICULOUS substitution - if anything he should have gone to left back or we just went three at the back. ROONEY :018: ;) Should have been on from the start - should have been on at half time - What the feck is he supposed to do in 10 minutes. IAN BLACK - Lets either let him go or play him - when Gattheussi went off it simply cried out fer Black - if he is finished why even play him on the bench. He will have annoyed a lot by spending more time with the Jam tart support than his own. So - at the end of the day - we blew it. We were second best fer most of the game and Hearts took their foot of the accelerator. but we over celebrated the second goal, switched off and got punished. Lets face it - we are in big, big trouble if we dont get a goalscorer - and is MORAIS another fair weather foreigner. VERDICT - The Board backed Brewster and his craziness until mid January - THEY are as much to blame as anyone and Grassa and Doc did very little to change the pattern - and if a new man comes in - he has to work with what he has got - which at the moment simply does not look good enuff. BRING ON THE TINKS - I paid a lot more spondoolachs this weekend and I wont be repeating it.
-
Just wait till you see the team tomorrow and tell me then that nobody else was at fault. I cant help but wonder whether the Herald Story being hooked influenced the final decision.
-
Colin Hendry at ICT - yer having a feckin laff !! The manager decision is being stalled whilst the warring factions finalise the finer points of how Robbo and Shearer work together and how the money invested is to be handled.
-
lG - you scored 1 out of 2.
-
Lets face it the Tokely v Thomson bout was never going to last long.

I'll be here for you Gillian... Johnboy, read my team for Sat against Hearts, that might give you some insight. I've already seen it Gillian.... Apart from the fact it's a line up that Hearts would murder, it doesn't explain why Blackie's not playing... read between the lines, Black will NOT be playing, the reasons are yet to be revealed as i said earlier, as soon as i get more info I will post it, and you are right they will murder us, pity the present coaches cant see this. If the present coaches change the team radically it will be a snub to Brew - the man that they have backed fer months - a shure sign that he was inept - and they supported him. Releasing Black was a Brew decision but they had to follow it. Get robbo in quick - as Grasser and Doc are just a pair of puppets / muppets. I dare them to change it. We did not feel that it was correct to play Ian against the team that he has signed for - it may have put him in a difficult decision !! oR - We cant be seen to be going against Brewster - Play Black ya feckin tubes.

Clear favourites unlikely to be Manager?
IMMORTAL HOWDEN ENDER replied to kiltarlity's topic in Caley Thistle
This is now a political internal battle - Ordiles is a smokescreen (guess who from ?) - Robbo will take over - Shearer may be the political No 2 - Wilson or Park will overtake - and if one party has there way it would be Robbo/Wilson and CC - guess which one. But I will take over from Mike Smiff. -
Not really surpsising. Coming on here in the first place will hardly have enhanced his prospects. ;) :thumb04: This is the best psychological and political thread ever. ROBBO IS TRYING TO OUST SHEARER - GET CC IN - PARK AT THE SUMMER. :015: :D :018:
-
DOH - play them in their proper positions !!!
