  1. Both decent players who need to be playing on a regular basis at there age to develop, where at this moment in time we as a club can only offer them training facilities where they are sometimes involved with the first team squad i think they would benefit more from playing in the highland league where they would more than likely be guaranteed a game every week rather than having to travel week in week out to places like annan, berwick etc where if we are being honest the standard is no better than the highland league.let sutherland go and play for his local team wick academy who i am sure would take him in a minute and am sure give him a platform to shine the same applies to morrison, put him to clach helping out him and our city neighbours who need all the help they can get at this present time
  2. The re-building has started one of our promising youngsters Daniel Park who is currently on loan at keith was told today that his contract which runs out at the end of the month will not be renewed
  3. Much better than Got humped out of the Scottish Youth Cup by Airdrie. The youth set-up is a good one, and it is a pity that ICT didn't continue the u-19s........if only for the fact that they may very well lose some very good U-17s at the end of this season as they have nowhere to go in ICT under the present set up with no u-19 or reserve football to hold them and give them competitive games. On the whole, the youth teams have more than held their own against their age group equivalents from much bigger SPL teams......and the U-17 squad has many very good and some exceptional players, like Liam Polworth, for example, within their ranks......and who will most likely at the age of 17 be ditched by ICT to find their football elsewhere. Does ICT really want a youth set up which produces players for every team in the league but themselves........or do they want a future for ICT with home grown players who will play their hearts out for the club which gave them their training and their chance at their dream? what has happened to last years crop sutherland, morrison, park, ross only ross been mentioned in any squad of late, the rest train all week with no game to play at the end of it,how can that be good for there development at there age they need to be playing

  5. Daniel Park Has joined keith fc on loan,He scored last night in there reserve fixture
  6. McLeod has been frustrated in the transfer market over the summer months with several targets opting to move elsewhere and shun the advances from Seafield Park. The Strath boss is not letting that get him down though as he tries to bring Dale Gillespie - freed by Inverness CT at the end of last month - to Grantown. The midfielder has represented Scotland at school boy level and McLeod stated: "I have spoken to both the player and his father about the prospect of coming to join us as he is exactly the sort of player we are looking for. He is hoping to stay in the game full time at the moment though and he has a contact in Cyprus so he might be able to get himself sorted out with a full time club over there. He said he would keep in touch with us about what his plans are." There may be more additions on the way at Grantown with McLeod looking to strike deals for several players having failed to agree terms with both Gary Farquhar and Mark McRitchie over the last week. He added: "We are also interested in Inverness CT striker Daniel Park as we feel we can offer him a regular game which he won't be getting at Caley now they have scrapped their reserve team copied from highland league website
  7. butcher needs to have faith in the local talent which is coming through shinnie, park, sutherland, ross etc in the games i have seen they seem to show a lot more passion ,hunger and will to win than our so called senior players
  8. Caley Were Told About Paul While Brewster Was In Charge. He Was Deemed To Be No Better Than They Had At The Time

    So....

honestly believe this season will be better viewing for the majority of supporters, not at a lot between all clubs in the division, every game will be there to be won unlike the spl where most of the time we were playing not to lose the game instead of actually going out to win.i think with our manager now having is own players on board and the chance that he might be able to give the young players at our club a chance to play in this division which would have never have happened in the spl can only be good for the club as a whole.we will be up there for promotion at the end of the season along with a few others, but to get back to the top division we all need to all stick together and support the manager and the players
  10. Does anyone know what happened to Daniel Park,Who broke his leg while in turkey with the u19s,has he been released or offered a Contract?
