  1. Not a bad result, maybe not the best game to watch tho. Any idea of the crowd?
  2. Im up for this again, always entertaining. Did we get final places for last season?
  3. Will Hill has in play betting on this game ( the odd update, corner, subs etc ) |Just over evens on 0.5+ goals in game ( 1 goal or more )
  4. HT: 1 - 0 FT: 3 - 1 1st scorer ICT: Rooney 1st scorer Opp: Eagleshan Crowd:2,133
  5. Just got this message thorugh form Will Hill - With five goals each, four players including David Villa tied as top goalscorer in the World Cup so we had to settle that market as a four-way dead-heat. This has led to some confusion as to how to settle the Top Goalscorer/Tournament winner market. It didn?t seem fair to enforce the dead-heat rule because many of the bets on Villa/Spain would have actually resulted in customers? bets being a shorter price than Spain were to just win the tournament at the time. So we?ve taken the decision to settle the market according to table below which results in every bet returning higher winnings. For example: If you placed ?10 on Villa/Spain at 18/1 your settlement with this method will be ?70.Enforcing a 4-way dead heat rule (Your stake is divided by the total number of players tied and then paid at the full odds), your bet would have been settled as ?47.50. Here is the table explaining how we will settle your bet but please accept our apologies as this is being completed manually and should be done by the end of today. Price Taken Price Settled 9 / 4 2 / 1 8 / 1 5 / 1 9 / 1 4 / 1 18 / 1 6 / 1 etc etc
  6. Fifa website doesnt matter - the bookes ( Will Hill anyway ) use dead heat rules. Just got ?140 back, not too bad considering, would have prefered ?360 though.....
  7. I had ?20 on Spain / Villa Double @ 18 / 1 - still waiting for winnings to come through........not sure what it might be. If he scored last night it would have been ?360, but I think I will get around ?100,unless someone can shed some light on the dead heat rules
  8. That Facebook group has nearly 7,000 people on it, sad reflection on todays society that theres that many people who think he's a legend
  9. 35 / 1 was really good odds, but ultimatley odds dont matter if they dont come in  Aussies did the business, but not Ghana, hard luck, win a few , lose a few
  10. 2 -0 Money in the bank i think Be really interesting for the group if there was a goal in the otehr game......
  11. France captain Patrice Evra has been dropped / refused to play / not in starting line up anyway, trouble still brewing. Must be worth a few quid on a draw in the Mexico - Uruguay game,as a draw takes them both through.
  12. Wish I had put money on 2 draws - classic gambler statment! France were very poor
  13. Ha ha, could be Harry!! Though I feel France are not going to make it past the Quaters, despite having some cracking players Horns are getting annoying already....... :P
  14. I used winnings from a previous bet - ?20 Double on Spain / David Villa @ 18/1 ( Winner / Top Scorer ) ?10 E / W (?20 Total) Germany ?20 Winning Continent ? Winning Continent South America @ 2/1 ( if this happens would cover my bets, no money lost ) I suspect these first games could both be draws, 2 games finishing with goals ,maybe 2-2 for both
  15. Yeah I agree, tenner on Killie and St Mirren to go down is worth a punt. Bookies are often dismissive of teams that are promoted, but look how well St Johnstone did this season
  16. Some interesting stats there, roll on next year!!
  17. Congrats gringo and thanks for running the comp
