Imrie comes across as a bit of a 'strong' character, can't see him being a boardroom choice happy to have Robbo and Gardiner making decisions on his behalf. Board will want a yes man

Well that’s no use as most fans don’t want Gardiner or Robbie as part of the set up anymore 😀

I think this article tells us loud and clear we are correct re our CEO and how he views us as fans.

I've been saying for ages communication is the main issue here. We are not even on same page here as to communicate you need to listen and it's clear they are not. They view communication is when they deem us worthy of a statement or an email or two no more.

Deeply regretting renewing my ST but even they must have noticed the number of non renewals? Maybe they think due to cost of living crisis but its not in most cases.

I agree with IHE though Mr Gardiner has no intention of leaving anytime soon.

Gardiner will no doubt come out of the hiding when the new manager is in place and he thinks it’s settled down . His dog will either appearwith the new manager on a post thinking that’s all we need or some other pish stunt that thinks it buys some fans . Doesn’t buy it for me . Guy is a waste of our finances and needs to go ,  along with JR . Totally un needed at this size of club that we are nowadays . Spend the money generated and bring in a decent manager and coaching staff and bin this rubbish .

Robbo will be the next to go. I can see him trying to redeem himself by stating that he is doing it for the club and not becos he has a number of things to fall in to. The radio fiasco and behind the back stabbing of Dodds puts him in my first place. I really am not sure who we will dispose of Gardiner. He appears to be more narcisstic than Butcher. He may be here for some time.

Not popular by all by a long shot . Cracks showing

  4. Mine has to be

    1/ Scot Gardiner

I believe in all honesty he has NOT delivered anything that he said he was out to achieve for ICT and has just made our football club 10x worse through a lot of bad decisions . Bad egg on the board for me and a must to go .

    2/ John Robertson

I think he has had his day and couldn’t cope with it last time . Would truly be a mega cheap option but such a backward step and will not get fans returning . Average coach so how does he suddenly think he is a messiah now. Been more interested in his book , media roles and really anywhere but near his employers on match day .
ICT is a football club that plays most games on a Saturday so why wouldn’t his job entail a Saturday at the game ?

That's a very interesting perspective, did Robbo deliberately miss all the games to create a clear separation and set himself up for what was inevitably coming?

Certainly not a very popular choice by majority on here even if it’s on a temporary basis . For me it’s a big No. couldn’t hack it when things were going wrong and buried his head in his book

This is my understanding also.  I might be wrong but I would expect him to take over as manager until the end of the season and, unless we get relegated, permanently after that.

There would be an uproar if that was to happen . His coaching wasn’t great neither it was Donald Park his number 2 who was the fantastic coach in that partnership

Putting Robbo in charge, albeit temporarily, is a ludicrous situation and IMHO another slap in the face for the fans. Dodds was always going to be the fall guy. It would not surprise me that they put CC in the hot seat / limelight and Robbo assumes a guidance role. This management team must think we are all so stupid not to see through their Self-Preservation ploys. They will eventually go but they are causing more damage week by week.

But he will be signing his book at half time  if anyone is interested 😂

    Agree!!,

Yesterday’s man and too tarnished by showing he would rather get a purse by commentating at Dingwall knowing it would irk the ICT fans (basically giving them ‘the fing-ir)!!

What that action and image did whilst being the ICT ‘Director of football’ as our team went on defeat-after-defeat won’t be forgotten or forgiven by me!

Know it’s interim and CC is their as a crutch to share any flak if results are poor, however knowing JR previously had to take ‘time-out’ due to pressure, is this a responsible decision by the those that made it? Smacks of self preservation for me!

    bc

I think the club are missing the point here regards JR the majority of fans also don’t want him at the club as he really wasn’t there even giving his support to a club paying his wages ,whether he liked Dodds or not he was happy picking up his wages and disappearing to anywhere but where the team were no match day  . Could be an interesting weekend

Gardiner has poisoned our club. If we didn’t have him as CEO we’d never have had Dodds.
I’d take Ian McCall or Neil McCann if there was any chance.

Scot Gardiner is so bad for our club it’s unreal . This guy has a streak in him that likes to cause controversy and trouble . I wonder what sort of wage he is robbing the club for . Certainly never heard a good word said about him . Bad bad news of a guy and like u say if he wasn’t our ceo we more than likely would not be in this mess we find ourself in . This guy needs shown the door and take his controversy with him .

Gardiner/Morrison will be hoping that takes the heat of them for a bit.  We can't let it.  The club is rotten to the core and whilst Dodds needed to go, so do the aforementioned.

    Gardiner has to follow suit

    Club Statement

It is with much regret that the club has taken the decision to terminate the contracts of Head Coach Billy Dodds and his Assistant Manager Barry Wilson with immediate effect.

John Robertson assisting charlie ? He needs to go too along with Gardiner club is in a bad position because of those 2 .

We were unquestionably the better side yesterday but we seem completely unable to convert the chances we create and always look likely to throw one in.

Dodds says after our latest capitulation that he wants to give the fans something to celebrate.  The surest way to achieve this noble objective is by him tendering his resignation today.

It’s got that bad his interview is not even been listened to now by fans it’s excuses after excuses just utter dribble after dribble .

ICT dont have the cash to pay off Dodds. Could be another Foran situation unfolding (Board acts after the damage has been done ...ie relegation)

Thats so easily solved so that does not need to be used as an excuse . Get rid of our useless non speaking scot Gardiner and also the elusive John Robertson . That money would more then likely pay of Dodds contract and also go towards a coach that actually  knows how to coach . .

Surely Dodds must be gone tonight take Kellacher and Wilson with him also Gardiner and Robbo

They all need to go . Scot Gardiner has done nothing for the club but give it bad exposure and actually cost the club money with his failed concert fiasco etc and there’s probably more we are not hearing of so has failed our club miserably and financially . Dodds should definitely go now and this muppet should follow him out the door .

  15. Yet again another week goes by and still Ross Morrison and co carry on with this charade .Communication as always a big Zero . I So expected far more from him tbh it’s a disgrace and not ideal way to run the club . we now have the Worst manager by far and  could be followed by the worst Chairman at this rate .

Mr Morrison needs to grow a pair and decide what is more important his pals or the future of the club his silence is pathetic what exactly has Gardiner done for the club since he has been CEO ? only thing i see is him getting his pals jobs. The club allowing the Sporting Director to do Pundit work elsewhere when ICT games are on is unprofessional and wrong he should be at the games of the club paying his wages they make me sick the lot of them taking fans for mugs i never bought a ST this year when they gave Dudds another 2 year contract my thoughts at time were we are in trouble . It will never happen but for the club to get out of this mess the entire management need to go they are all failures anyone with 2 eyes can see that. We are heading into League 1 with our eyes wide open i feel for the players the morale must be so low 😠

Is John Robertsons contract about to finish ?
