Oh, this is depressing ... I am off over to the Toronto FC message boards for some happy discussion!
Oh wait, Toronto FC sacked their manager recently, the fans want the president to resign as the rot "starts at the top", the team cant buy a goal or a win to save themselves, two of the three 'stars' (Lorenzo Insigne and Federico Bernadeschi) seem to have utterly switched off, and despite having the highest payroll in MLS (until Messi arrived) were sitting second bottom of the table with only Miami below them ... this is the same Miami that - with Messi's help along with Jordi Alba and Busquets - have stormed through the Leagues Cup so far against MLS and Mexican Liga MX sides and who will no doubt carry that form into the MLS games when the season resumes next week. Funny how things are running in parallel right now with the situation at ICT!! OH... and TFC's interim manager? One Terry Dunfield, formerly of TFC and very briefly, getting a few games and red carded in a Ross County shirt!
Man as much as I love football, I hate it at the same time!
Sounds just like home Scotty (with two t’s)

Don’t worry, if we lose, the forum will come alive with the usual suspects going into meltdown!
You got that right Yngwie

I will be listening to the radio as usual for an away game

Can everyone in this forum be so naive?
Scot Gardiner/John Robertson are taking salaries that have seen the club go backwards since their employment- easy to blame Dodds!
No! We know what is going on but as long as we have the Chairman and board running the club and there is no sign of any other interested people taking over there is nothing we can do but cross our fingers and hope for the best for our club.

We stayed in Inverness for around 20 years up until 2009 and hardly missed a home match. along with my 3 sons at various times.
Since we fell into the Championship for the second time I have rarely been to a decent away match. Last season in particular was pretty awful even though we just missed out on the play offs.
When you travel 100/ 150 miles return a midweek evening it would be good to see something decent now and again. For years the team has lacked a leader. shape and anything resembling a winning mentality.
The outlook for the season after today and our miserable League Cup exit does not fill me with expectation anything is going to change.
I don’t disagree with what you are saying. I live in Inverness and go to home games only with the exception of the big away games like last season.
I also have no interest in other sports. -

It wasn't. I enjoyed the shinty. Refreshing afternoon and positive. Can't say I'm in any rush to waste my money watching ICT, with a crap head coach, narcissistic CEO and feeling peed off at 4.45pm.
Plenty more to do on a Saturday afternoon folks. Give it a try.
I have my season ticket and will see it out again supporting my team. If the shinty is that good you can always do a report on the game in the Other Sports section on this forum.

I am going to say second even though we have five new players and I am pinning a lot of hope on Big Harry! I also think a couple of our home grown players will shine this season. Lookin forward to a good start tomorrow.

The owner told me 1962 and I got that when I looked it up. Never saw anything about Gloucester though.
That is likely right a 1DD reverse numbering started 1961 in the County of Gloucester and that one is 7027.

DoofersDad must have been on holiday
A 1961 Sunbeam rapier registered in Gloucester, a long way from Shetland. A very good car in it's day, my father had one it was very quick and had overdrive which dropped the revs down once you got going.
-
Another car I didn't like but I will say they were on similar lines to the Morris Minor a cheap to run small car they were reliable. The lates 500 is very popular and there are a lot on the road.
-
I was never keen on any of the French cars although that one is a bit stylish and I always thought the estate looked like a bullet! What a shocking green
-
There are some rare ones down there, another one I have never seen although it looks like a Triumph Stag.

It's a cracker but I could not afford to fill the tank with fuel

Yes a man that has worked quietly over many years with the young footballers here in Inverness.
There is going to be a presentation before our first home game. -
I would never have got that
