What a difference it makes keeping the core of a first team, hit the ground running and not as much need to gel.

Glad to come on the forum and people still positive about our season on the whole, and what a season it has been. Today, or even the whole of the post split fixtures (bar Motherwell) where the damage was done aswell as not beating St Johnstone all season, won't take the gloss off the season for me. Now that we have retained a lot of the squad for next season, and no doubt big Tel unearthing another rough diamond or two again, I can't wait for next season.

Seemingly he was worse for wear by the time he collected his award. They couldn't even get a good picture of him with it as he was swaying that much ha.

Richard Gordon said today on twitter that he served the match ban in the next league game. When I said it was a competition only ban, he then said that it was served in England. When I then said it wasn't as he played their first cup game and that it was a different FA so nothing to do with England, he didn't reply. Cover up to the max, people just making excuses. Hope the truth comes out, for everyone involved.

Absolutely buzzing! Well done guys, well deserved! Dont know who it is, whether its Butcher or whoever else, but these boys are obviously still grounded. They know they have achieved nothing until the fat lady sings. It could have went so pear shaped after Saturdays great result, but they obviously know it would have meant nothing had they lost tonight. And they didnt, so well done!!

The ref has been told to sit with his leg held above him, physios orders, hence cant do the 4th official role. Game is opening up a bit, hopefully for the better for us.

I think the difference this year is that we are in a strong position in the league, and playing very well to boot. The past few seasons we havent been in that position, instead being at, or near, the bottom of the league. With the threat of relegation, we couldnt tie big earners to long contracts with that threat. We have a well-gelled squad just now, I just hope we keep all or most of it at least.
