  1. Shall be there. Most likely Elizabeathan-pre match drinks, Seven Kings-post match drinks.
  2. Im also after one of the small strips for car windows etc. Havent had them in every time ive been in?
  3. I seem to remember people 2 seasons ago wishing the new away top was white, then we got it. Now people are bored of white? Hmmmmmmm..... Im into it, think its a bit different with the blue and red trim. Ill be buying it, but then i would whatever it looks like.
  4. Unlucky lads, was always going to be a task and a half for you considering the Wednesday night game. You gave it your all, thats all you can ask. Til next year!
  5. Yass! Thought it wasnt going to be our day, but I hope we hold on now. What a relegation battle this is turning out to be. Just glad that ICT aren't involved.
  6. Not often a team beats the old firm, then makes 6 changes! Obviously giving the players a chance to say goodbye, and rightly so.
  7. The worrying thing i am thinking of is the experience we have lost, and how many players have been released, we arent exactly going to bring in experienced SPL star's as there arent any available, so how long are players from elsewhere going to adapt to the SPL quickly, and how long are the practically new first team going to gel? Teams dont do aswell with 5 or 6 changes to the starting 11, whereas 1 or 2 'tweaks' make all the difference, to start with anyway. My only worry is how long do we take to gel, and if we dont gel, it might be too late by the time we realise. I do have faith though. Dissapointed, but it was only a matter of time before we had 'Butchers Team', rather than him inherit someone else's. Butcher obviously has some good contacts though.
  8. Fresh legs...double change even perhaps.
  9. Could be a good thing! Hayes and Doran running at the defenders second half would be interesting. Looking forward to it. Absolutely gutted im missing this tonight, considering i was up in Inverness at the weekend raring to go and it being washed off.
  10. Majorly peed off. Just got home. Been up in Inverness since Friday to make a weekend of it, looking forward to the footy. Then this happens. I knew it wouldnt be called off due to snow, but wasnt thinking of a waterlogged pitch. Got a refund easy enough before i came down the road. Hacked off i wont see the game though!!
  11. Wooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!! SUTHERLAND!!
  12. Let's face it, we have been punching above our weight this season. Top six first season back was a big ask. Our only hope is beating Motherwell, and hope they drop more points that sends them out. Dundee utd were always gonna be up there. But with hibs, dons, St Johnstone all breathing down our necks, we just have to feel lucky we are away from the relegation fight.
  13. Hayes back, weeeey! Duncan out. Probably the scapegoat as usual for Saturdays performance. Im guessing Munro and Tokely as the full backs, and Innes and Hogg in the centre.
  14. Ill be there. Looking forward to it. I like getting the train to games when i can, saves driving all the time.
  15. How many guys off here are going? I love a good scotland game. Cant beat it for atmosphere etc. Plus my best mate is a huge football fan, but doesnt really have a main team so goes to every Scotland match....i saw no reason not to chum him down. Cant wait!
  16. Indeed, things go for us again. Means nothing if we dont get a win or draw on saturday though. But with things looking up on the injury front, a top 6 finish is well in our hands. My guess is Motherwell will fall out of it, but i cant see Dundee Utd not being in there.
  17. Would also love long sleeved tops, i like all my football shirts long sleeved, but i know the reason for the club not getting them. I would, however, love an up to date mini strip for my car and van - the flybe one was so last year.
  18. What i hoped for, and its what i got! More of the same please! Things could look really good on Saturday with a win over Hibs and the old firm, as expected, to win their games, and any other game that could go our way. Looking forward to it.
  19. The league table always looks so much better after a win, and others games going our way. If only Hamilton could have took something from Motherwell, but i wasnt banking on that. Well done Caley! With all our injury worries and still grind out a win!!
  20. Hope so! Also hope this is the start of our home form turnaround! Seems Aberdeen are trying to work on their goal difference. If results stay as they are, how tight is it between 4th and 9th?* (Edited for retorical question.)

    Down a place

I think its a given that United will finish above us in the SPL, too many games in hand not to take us. But with Killie in 4th and only 2 wins above us, its still very tight. Its really still in our hands if we can get the finger out and get back to winning ways. We got lucky for a long while where other results went our way when we have gone without winning, but that was never going to last forever. Hopefully our new faces make us kick on and get back to winning ways.
  22. So our long hold onto 5th position came to an end tonight, as Motherwell beat Aberdeen. Having not won in 11, im rather surprised we have held onto it for so long, although other teams have games in hand. Could get a whole lot worse on Saturday if we are beaten by the boys from Perth, and Dundee Utd get a win. Heres to getting back to winning ways on Saturday and climbing back up the league before falling down. Just hope injuries and suspensions give us better options for it
  23. Hope to god this aint true.........
  24. I was one of the people crying out for Dani to have his shot in the side. But as there were so many people shouting the same thing, i worried that too much was heaped on him as to be our superman to get us out of the rut and he would get shot down again....but no, Dani got a chance in the squad, and took it with both hands (excuse the pun, no laughing matter). He grabbed his chance, so for that well done Dani. Just unlucky for this new injury to happen, but hopefully a bit of luck is due for ya! Get well soon!
  25. Feeling more optimistic about this as the day goes on. Lets face it, we love being underdogs! And the fact we have took points off both the old firm this season, there is no reason why we cant beat them on our day.
