Both RIG and DD have made very fair and valid points.
Rather than taking umbrage, why don't you respond and positively contribute to the thread that you started ?
You are as entitled as anyone to your views but others are equally entitled to challenge you or seek clarification.

I'll answer that later but only if you stop being so bloody critical of everything I say .

Disappointing to lose our momentum and interrupt our unbeaten run
We still have a decent margin over Partick but it should serve as a wake up call.
Sorry that the 3 points secured this evening will almost certainly prove too little too late to save Queens from automatic relegation as they are one of my favourite teams in the division and Palmerston one of my away venues.
We need to learn lessons from this evening and then put the disappointment behind us and move on to the much more important games ahead.

It's a shame that the club don't value women's football enough to charge an entry fee.
I disagree. Free entry encourages more people to attend and support the women and hopefully return as firm fans of the rapidly improving women's game.

Whilst far from the most important match we have played of late, it would be good to come away from Palmerston with all three points which would give us the opportunity to rest a few and give others some valuable game time in preparation for the vital play off games lying ahead.

Whats the league table look like?
I believe that they are currently 4th in the Championship North.
Great to see them round off their league campaign at the stadium.
Hopefully, they will have the opportunity of playing a number of home matches at a Premiership venue next season.

I have locked this as the matter is already being discussed in 'The Run In' thread.

I say, thank you to Raith Rovers for that 90th minute winner. Next time I'm in Raith I'll buy everyone a dram.
Careful, you'll have the entire population dancing in the streets.

Arbroath winning today makes it all but impossible for us to catch them for second place, they might even beat Kilmarnock to the title.
Partick's defeat to Raith Rovers puts us firmly in the driving seat for third.
In these circumstances, should we now be thinking of resting a few for the final 3 league games so that we are fresher for what could be half a dozen challenging play off matches?

I am so sorry to hear this. Condolences Scotty and thank you for posting the heartfelt and touching tribute.
I am one of those who didn't really know him but certainly knew off him with my own seat in the main stand not so very far away and certainly within earshot !
I will raise a wee single malt in fond memory this evening.

Whoop de dooooo. We beat the league leaders 2-1. Sorry if I 'm not jumping the height o myself but this game should've been a league decider! If it wasn't for the 12 game without-a-win run we'd be comfortably top the league. So apologies if am not high five fist bumping everyone. I can't help but feel we've totally ****** up this campaign!
The mid season slump was hugely disappointing and deeply frustrating but we have come through it and are now playing some very decent football and showing the short of character that was posted missing for too long.
Personally, I would have settled for reaching the play offs when the season kicked off and, if we can continue to build on the momentum we are now building up this could still end up being a season to remember mostly for the right reasons.

The best atmosphere at a game in 5 years.
The killie fans helped build a great atmosphere and caley thistle played brilliant football.
Who was the man of the match? Hard to say Shane bullying their back line, Defence playing well.
Or just the most game changing 20 minutes from Doran and Carson?
We will not lose again thus season.
We are going up.
Hopefully,
Even better atmospheres to come for what, on last night's display, should be 3 home play off games.
If the rules permit, I would be inclined to heavily discount the admission prices for income we have not budgeted for to get as many in as possible and have the place jumping.

Is there any chance we could sign him in the summer?
He’s getting game time and is thriving on it. That’s now four goals in recent weeks.
I think that would only be a possibility if we are promoted.
Even then, Dundee United would probably want to hang on to a player with such obvious potential.
-
Reflecting on last night's game, two thoughts come to mind; Carson must start and we need to wear the pink strip every game between now and the end of the season.

What an impact Carson had when he came on.

A big game which had we not had such a disastrous mid season slump could have been a massive game.
Still, no point now on dwelling on what might have been. A win tomorrow evening, and we generally do well in front of the cameras, will all but secure our play off spot and put a bit of pressure on Arbroath for that second place finish.
All to play for.

There we have it, after a thorough police investigation, the Prime Minister has been found guilty of, on at least two occasions, breaking the criminal law by attending the parties that he initially told parliament had not taken place, then that they had taken place in his house and garden and but he knew nothing about them and finally that he had inadvertently attended one but had no idea it was a party.
Many of us have known for years that Johnston has no moral compass, lacks integrity and has, over the years and continues to be a very distant stranger to the truth.
What has the United Kingdom become when such a person can rise to lead it and, in all probability continue to do so despite today's findings?
High time Scotland became a normal independent country and dragged ourselves out of this increasingly stinking cess pit.
