Terrible 1st half, but we were much better in the 2nd and deserved the win.
Couldn't believe it when Morgan's 25 yarder went in, there were about 18 players in the box and he somehow got it through them.
Bayne and Fox had easy chances to seal the win, both from great lay-offs, and Tokely had earlier missed a couple of free headers from 6 yards. Best bit of skill was Barry's 60 yard run, the eventual shot saved.
I would have to say though that the upfront pairing of Bayne and McAllister could have played on through the entire summer break and still wouldn't have scored.

I'll be dodging snipers, bombs and airstrikes whilst touring Sri Lanka.

If you can cover up for a minute, you can enter the home turnstyles further along the main stand and hopefully get a student rate.
Once you are in, just walk along the stand to join our fans. I did that once when I got to use someone's Dunfermline season ticket.
(And no, it wasn't Buffy's)

If that's the case then it's very bad news.
Charlie clearly doesn't see them as part of his plans, and if they stick around it reduces his ability to bring in new players.
-
Very rare that we sign a player and then release him before he's made it onto the pitch.
Is this a first, or did Chris Miller get that honour?
-
Did he take you both up the tunnel?
-
Sounds like you rogered him!

Being full-time doesn't improve their eyesight.

1 goal in 21 appearances. I would have waited til January before thinking about offering a new contract. It's not as if other clubs are queueing up for him.
-
I cannot believe that Lee Miller (6 goals) has been picked ahead of Dargo (20 goals)

First I've heard of it. Gloryhunter?!

Given that Wyness, Bayne and McAllister have been so poor recently, I would suggest that if Jackson was any good he'd have been given a chance.
Good luck to him though, he looked fast in the warm-ups!

Although meaningless, it would be quite satisfying to finish 4th "on points". I can't imagine that has ever been achieved before.

St Johnstone are in for Robb.
I'm not convinced he's good enough for us.
-
Don't be surprised if he makes a move for I-Cat!

Got a freebie at Tannadice last night. Highlights were :
1) A cat running full length of the pitch (dribbled round the whole Utd defence and scored etc).
2) Utd midfielder Stuart Abbot is only 4 feet tall.
3) Big hoarding just along from the dugouts advertising the Samaritans phone number. Not clear whether this is aimed at Utd's management, players or fans.
Despite all this, it still wasn't worth going.
-
If this is the case then it's good that Utd are not making a move for Brown, Dargo and Dods.
But it's still possible that other teams might make a move for them. What would Aberdeen give to have a sharp, prolific striker?
-
If he keeps up the good work, he too might earn a move to a wee team in Iceland

It's painful watching Dott fall apart like this. He's just lost 5 frames in a row and has no confidence.

And was it the ride of your life?!

"if I had known earlier in the season that things would have worked out this way, I probably would have taken the vacant Elgin City job when it was offered to me."

Our first ever game in Div 1 was away to the Pars, and I remember the excitement of playing a big team, at a big ground....and then getting a big thrashing, 4-0.
I think it was our next trip there we did really well to hold them 0-0 til the last minute.
Very different story since then though in 8 SPL games, and not forgetting a League Cup win on pens at EEP.
