  1. An away trip to Buckie in my childhood still holds fond memories for me too.  It was the first 'away' match I'd been to outside of Inverness, and I travelled on the bus with the Caley team.  Can you imagine how exciting that was for a youngster?  It came about because an elder sister of mine was friendly with a sister of Donnie (Ginger) McKenzie, one of Caley's stars at the time.  I don't remember anything about the match, but I recall the bus stopping in Forres on the way home for the team to go into a bar.  I had to stay on the bus, but was well provided for with crisps and lemonade.  Happy days!  'Ginger' became a great hero of mine, and in later years, a friend, after he had emigrated to Canada, where I visited him (and his family) in Winnipeg on a couple of occasions.

  2. My picture hung several times in first few minutes. Then seemed to settle down.  Commentary totally useless.

Re the game, lots of good possession Would like us to create a few more decent chances,  Ridgers kicking worries me. More often than not he either finds an Alloa player, or it goes straight into touch

Let's hope for another goal or two and a safe away win.

  3. Yes, disappointment is the main thing I feel after that game.  I guess it could have gone either way, but I thought we just edged it.  Poor goal to give away for Dundee's equaliser. Not a great spectacle as a game. Very niggly throughout.  I thought the Dundee players greatly exaggerated their many injuries (especially in the first half).  We created more chances I think, and their keeper was the busier of the two throughout.

Need to do better in our next outings to keep in touch with the top of the table,
