All the office pavilions on the Business Park are individually owned.Fairways outwith the business park is owned by Cameron/Sutherland.

I don’t remember seeing any of the owners/ occupiers of Fairways Business Park objecting . If there are noise issues it didn’t affect the planning for the Inverness Kart Raceway which is hardly a quiet operation!

Is the apparent inability of OWF and Raven to find new clubs starting to get seriouly concerning? I suspect that between them they are costing us around 5 grand a week, and the cumulative amount since they were advised to find new clubs has already used up the resources to fund 1 "normal" player for a full season.
£2500per week each !!! Didn't realise we paid any of our players that level last year and suspect it is nearer £1500 per week which is still too much !!

The transfer is all due to be completed very shortly and it will result in a substantial annual saving in rental costs. This is a very good deal for ICT.
Says who?

I am reliably informed Tullochs own all the stands.
Land is owned by Highland Council and leased to Tullochs who lease the complete stadium and pitch to the Football Club.

On his day vigurs has the ability to be a game winner and he is more likely and more often Able to perform that role in the championship than in the SPL.
Polworth has even more ability but regretfully hasnt the strength of footballing mind to dig deep and deliver which is a shame as he could be a Stuart Armstrong .

Thought it was Danny Macdonald .?

Reported Club turned down a £50,000 offer for Draper from across the bridge.
Delighted to hear it as he is key to success.

It's just over four weeks until the League Cup groups kick off and we seriously need to get the finger out. Some of the other sides in the Championship are making some impressive looking signings already. The sooner we get a manager in the better so we can start getting some players in ourselves.
Why worry the players we are likely to attract will be available right up until the season starts

Could see Josh Meekings heading along the A96, now that the Dons have lost Ash Taylor...
Wouldn't be shocked to see him heading over the bridge either..
Can't see an injury prone player will be of interest to either of these clubs unless on a pay as you play basis

Thats what I heard, although it was originally Colin Calderwood, rather than Jimmy Calderwood - not keen on either Calderwoods...

If Richie Foran received a compensation package, fair enough - he did have a 4 year contract
Whilst RF did have a 4 year contract ,by all accounts there were break options in the clubs favour, but doubt that will be made public knowledge ,so admitedly doubt anyone apart from RF and Board will know real truth.
Considering the make up of the Board at RFs appointment I do not believe they would give a straight 4 year contract to a rookie as that would be against all business principles so more inclined to go with the break options over a 4 year term .

The only football manager to have a worse win record than a certain R Foran

Wonder who David Sutherland will install as chairman next?
Doubt he has that clout anymore . The big shareholders are The Mills boys who control the trust and the Hospice . Since we are a bit of a Hospital case at present perhaps they are best placed to choose!

Hopefully Foran next
