It was like watching the Ayrshire Olympic diving team at times. Vassell in particular was throwing himself all over the place, and the ref bought it pretty much every time. That David Dickenson wasn’t the real deal.

I was optimistic (or mad) before the game, but feared the worst after that early goal. But for the last 85 minutes we were easily the better team. I was worried that not taking our chances in the first half might come back to haunt us, but fortunately not. If we’d been more clinical in the second half it would have been even more comfortable. It felt like Kilmarnock thought they could sit on 1-0 (MacInnes must be one of the most negative managers out there, I’m glad I don’t have to watch that every week) and seemed short on ideas once they fell behind. I thought we harried them really well and didn’t let them settle on the ball. if we could play like this every week, we’d be a pretty good bet for the title - here’s hoping this reboots our league form.

I’d have taken a point at Dens when looking at the run of fixtures 10 days ago, but 0/6 against Hamilton has done for us.

Walsh is terrible

With 9 (and at one point 8 ) players, Arbroath have only themselves. The only bit of luck we got was that header off the bar at the death, but I reckon we deserved a break at that point.

Ticket prices are dictated by the SPFL unfortunately, so we can’t do that. If last night doesn’t bring ‘em in, nothing will.

Look at the league table alongside this statistic. It’s a criminal waste of an opportunity.

If we had brought in some actual defenders in January, we could put Carson into the Allardice role in midfield. As it is, we can look forward to weeks of 3-1-6 and being “unlucky”

That was very poor. If we come up against a side that works hard we just don’t know what to do. This is starting to feel like the final days of Foran’s spell as manager. And unless we improve dramatically, we will be no where near the play offs.

Then I would suggest that he is coaching at the wrong club.
