  1. Sat through every home game so far this season, and my god it’s been a miserable experience. Under Dodds we were awful, but I have to say since Ferguson took over it has been worse. No idea what the on field plan is (if one exists), but there is no fight, no pace, no urgency and no clue. It’s not as if the opposition is anything special, but they don’t need to be. We look nailed on for the relegation play off place, and there is precious little to give confidence that we could survive that.
  2. Chairman said that ultimate aim is to make the club self sustaining. Stressed that club now owns all the ground surrounding the stadium and intend to use some of the money as “seed capital” to take planned projects forward , which would generate income on an ongoing basis.
  3. Further to the above: Each season in the Championship incurs a loss anywhere between £650,000 and £900,000. Season ticket money covers the first two months of the season only. Someone asked if rumour that we only had 3 months money in reserve were true. Chairman laughed and said he wished it was true! if council refuse permission at meeting on 14th, club are very confident that Scottish government will overturn that decision. Trouble is that will take 3-6 months, and we will have serious cash flow issues.
  4. Now confirmed, left the club by mutual consent. No fee for us then.
  5. Just about the worst game I have ever had the misfortune to attend. Embarrassing lack of quality, no excitement whatsoever, freezing cold, no wonder attendances are falling away. We really are a grim watch these days.
  6. Staying with Puma for another four years! New home kit looks good I think.
  7. Sadly not unexpected, but still a shock. A friend for many years, didn’t see him that often but always great to be in his company. Cheerful to the last, will be missed by all who knew him.
  8. In the weakest Championship for years!
  9. Away to Livingstone the “reward” for winning this. Weekend of 12th February.
  10. Apparently been cited for breaches of betting regs : Alleged Party in Breach: Shane Sutherland, Player, Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC Dates: On various occasions between 1 July 2011 and 30 June 2019 Disciplinary Rules allegedly breached: Disciplinary Rule 22 of the Disciplinary Rules for Season 2011/12 Disciplinary Rule 22 of the Disciplinary Rules for Season 2012/13 Disciplinary Rule 33 of the Disciplinary Rules for Season 2013/14 Disciplinary Rule 31 of the Disciplinary Rules for Season 2014/15 Disciplinary Rule 31 of the Disciplinary Rules for Season 2015/16 Disciplinary Rule 31 of the Disciplinary Rules for Season 2016/17 Disciplinary Rule 31 of the Disciplinary Rules for Season 2017/18 Disciplinary Rule 31 of the Disciplinary Rules for Season 2018/19 Hearing date: Friday 11 February 2022 That is all we need!
  11. Same here. Not only are we not one of the lucky 300, now they’re not letting us see the video
  12. The day the governing body argues against fans being allowed back into grounds we’ll know the game truly is bust!
  13. Satan is correct - tier one specifically allows for the return of fans to outdoor stadiums, subject to distancing of course. Interesting conversations to be had over the next week or so.
  14. Ewan Murray Tweet The SPFL will pay £300k a year to satisfy Sky, has a BT claim, a BBC claim, a foreign rights claim and still no title sponsor in a pandemic. They are now subject to imminent damages claims from two clubs. You'd have to be very confident... BT claim believed to be in the region of £3 million! How in the hell have we arrived at this?! At least with null and void (which we were told was “unthinkable “) there would have been no forced relegations, therefore no damages claims from wronged member clubs. Hard to think of a worse outcome than the one we’ve been landed with.
