Before today's match we were 12 points of 4th. After it we were 10 points off 4th with 13 games to go. Don't look at individual teams focus on the position. We will comfortably achieve 8th so the next marker we measure to is 4th. Onwards and upwards I predict 46+pts by end of season I hope it's enough.

Back in for a quick forecast for this game after my successful scrabble and yahtzee predictions we used the seasonal ELF game to predict our fortunes. With my nephew playing the blue elf for cove and myself playing red for ict Cove surged into an 8-7 early lead in the first part of the game but as always by eating two gingerbread men worth five jelly beans caley overtook cove for a 12- 8 win. Using my seer sense i think this means a 3-2 win for caley thistle. Good luck. Enjoy the game....

Arbroath we're just lucky they weren't top of the league when we played them. Brilliant result and amazing second half stats again for shots and possession. That is no accident. The team are now fitter and much more aggressive and clinical when pressing much higher up the pitch. Let's see how this kell coached team have improved against Dumbarton on the 4th jan as that will show the distance travelled since we last lost 3 -1 to them .

For me the personal sacrifice of John Robertson during covid when so many staff were ill, his great win percentage and the fact his personal charisma and connection to hearts supporters post covid season resulted in a short term cash injection that kept the club solvent for another 3 years just edges it.

At half time it was 10 shots to 2 and 56% possession. I am really interested in the montrose goals. What could we improve . How did they get 100% conversion of chances. Do our set pieces still need work as we were hopeless under ferguson?

Based on my success of predicting a win using my trademarked scrabble scoring method this weekend i have used my seer like powers in a different way by using predictive yahtzee. I let montrose play first as home team and they managed to get a respectable full house of 3 ×6 +2×4 giving 25 points. Ict managed to hit a low straight on first roll of 2345 and improved to a high straight on roll 3 with a 6. So score prediction of montrose 25 and ict 40 seems a little high but with a bit of rounding and wind disrupted game today maybe it means 2-4 for caley. Get to the bookies now.

I think the process is being worked through in a very professional and systematic manner and importantly the staff feel supported and trusted to get on with tasks supporting the administration team. Having talked to one if the admin team at length when he sat with me for a game. I trust the team even if am wary of the process and potential outcomes.

Would live to some of the ladies team after thd men's game in the trust bar. The mens team mixing after the game in the bar has been fantastic reconnection of team to fans. It would be great to share some of that love to the ladies team. Could we put their highlights up in bar after match ? Or before. ?
