Why drop Toddy?
White has being awful last few games. Guess this will be a game of the long ball and no headers won up front
White won a great flick-on late in the game, unfortunately no one anticipated him winning it and the ball went safe.

...well he's the man who signed Storey, so maybe he does need his head looked at.

Too many passengers so far, not influencing the game.
Must be really depressing for some of the subs not getting a start week after week.

Is McGregor injured, not in the squad, Todorov back on the bench for white with Keating Curry & Doran supporting.
Punting up the park again?

Can't wait to read this in the highland news tomorrow....might even make it into the north star

I know he's a big Celtic fan and might not be keen on leaving too soon but the way Chris Sutton keeps talking him up on BT sport leads me to the conclusion that's it's not a case of if but when.

Wow, John Hughes really has a humongous head!
Nice video, almost brought a tear to my eye..

Another stellar gig tonight for Ryan...keep it up boy.

Don't know about the 'uncalled for negativity' ...a spade is a spade and we weren't good enough in various aspects of the game.
As for blaming the ref for our shortcomings...thats just old firm!

Switching off... barely switched on I'm afraid. Too many poor performers in blue & red today.

On today's display (so far) it's getting darker.

We are a weaker team this week!
Indeed, who'd have thought it possible.

Now that was a completely inept first half performance.

Wow, Solihull that will be such an occasion.

Get him an ICT top - much better.

I can't recall Paul scoring very many ordinary goals...they were either high quality or game clinchers.
Reckon he still owns a pair of boots...?

Before we can get a 'robust' plan, or any kind of plan for that matter, those who choose to 'invest' need to know how the funds are being distributed at the moment as there are too many sets of random figures going about that don't add up.
Let's just hope the days of behind the scenes squabbles or pi55ing contests are behind us so that we can begin to formulate a plan based on correct fiscal details.

Need to put things in context..half our team were youths, who recently haven't had much game time, four of our team played championship football on the Saturday whilst Brora had the week off to prepare for their big day.
It was good to see the youth up against top level HL players - Harper and Hyde in particular looked at home, whilst McGregor wasn't effective on the right in the first half he had more influence coming central in the 2nd. Machado flattered to deceive, but the pitch did look pretty soft and the ball held up on it.
Although the opener for Brora was a good strike the player had time & space to run in and get a shot away, whereas the second two were scrambled/rebound efforts where dodgy handling from the keeper led to loose ball being picked up in our own box by Brita and slotted in through the crowded defence.
All in a decent level of player but unfamiliarity hampered them against a good Brora side , who had plenty of strength & experience ( even if they did complain an awful lot about our physicality).
I wouldn't worry too much about the result, it was Broras day and well done to them - they probably wanted it a bit more.
-
Great result today after last week's aberration, well done all especially Shaun Rooney - let's not dwell on any negative allegations about any Ayr fans actions - no point in giving any such behaviour the oxygen if publicity.
-
With all the other stuff going on lets have an early season injury crisis to test the squad.

If this game wasn't already big enough, the Arabs have just lost at Alloa, no more incentive needed!

The youth system quite honestly is a luxury we can't afford and given the choice I'm sure we'd all choose to lose it first over the club.
If you break it down as well, has the youth setup brought about more benefits than downsides or is it the other way round? We need to be producing one or two players a year of genuine quality to justify the hefty outlay and that's relying on them generating money, even then our recent dealings in the selling market in recent years has been awful except for the sale of Ryan Christie.
If we can't afford a youth system in some form or other then we're truly fubar.
Without a valid youth team involved there will be even less local interest than at present, you would end up watching a bunch of jobbers from far and wide with any local talent going to highland league or county.

I should add the best way forward is for us to get promoted. Apart from the obvious increase in money the added increase in away crowds would be welcome.
Those who thought a couple if seasons down would be a great wheeze have now well and truly been shown a reality check
I can't say I ever subscribed to the 'couple of seasons down would be a great wheeze ' philosophy...I was more of the 'I hate getting pumped week in week out, we don't deserve to be here ' mindset....but hey, who knew!!
Hindsight is a helluva thing.

How about running a business that has nothing to do with football, but channel the revenues from said business into the footballing side of the business...perhaps another 'division' of ICTFC Ltd...?
If there are entrepreneurs interested in coming on board then maybe this is something that can convince them to get involved - using their acumen to generate funds for the club as well as profits for the business...

Time to go shopping for centre backs, ours used to be so tight, now they are leaking goals at an alarming rate .
