January Transfer Window
I wonder if the gaffer will use his Hearts connections to try and get another centre back in, and, no I don't mean Berra, he can go to Dundee lol. This has been a disastrous month whatever happens so the chairman AND management have questions to answer, especially with a vast majority of support turning on them both.

January Transfer Window
Has anyone considered that we may get a player in exchange ;), God knows who though.

January Transfer Window
Sounds like McCart to St J is imminent so I'd imagine we will see a centre half coming in by mid week as we can surely not replace him. I do understand that we probably also need a goalscorer but centre half has to be the priority.

If you read my post again, you'd realise that my last one was not rumours so to speak ??. But to answer your question, it's from Pie and Bovril or ICT pages on Instagram.

January Transfer Window
I was just going to say that (the bit I've put in bold) but was going to say it'll have to be an imminent offer because, if it's not done by end of this week, then we will reject because I recall the gaffer saying that offers will have to be made before the last week to 10 days of the month so we can get replacements in. I'm wondering if we could possibly get someone in exchange but I can't think of any, unless Tommy offers us young Chris Kane or possibly Michael O'Halloran. What do you peeps reckon?

January Transfer Window
I see St J are eyeing up Mikey Devlin in exchange for Matty Kennedy going the other direction whereas Aberdeen are offering Curtis Main. Would either be worth getting in on loan or would we have to pay some of the wages?

January Transfer Window
I've heard that the Jai Quitongo deal is off (if it was even on in the first place) and instead we are looking at taking Jake Mulraney and Jack Hendry in on loan ???. Jack would be a replacement option for Jamie McCart if he signed for a club in January and Jake Mulraney just wants to play more first team matches and feels he could offer us something different to what we have already. That's a dream I had last night lol.

According to a couple of members on Pie and Bovril, we have Jai Quitongo and Osman Sow traonongy/on trial with us :O.

January Transfer Window
Hopefully that is some cash available to Robbo to find replacements for Coll and others who leave :). And before anyone says that Toshney is the replacement, no he isn't because that was one planned before the snake left, according to the gaffer in an interview before the signing.

I see on Dundee Utd forum that Sam Stanton and Osman Sow have been told that they can leave. Worth a punt?

On Pie and Bovril, a well known member on here, "The Scarf" says he saw on Twitter that Cammy Smith is being with us. Imho, he'd be a better singing than Shane Sutherland but, as I've said before, I trust JR in what he does, I think he knows what he is doing and looking for.

The STV sports reporter says we are close to signing two new players :O, any ideas who they could be?

Our first linked addition is some lad Biggins from Fleetwood, source being the Breathe Caley Instagram account lol.

January Transfer Window
Out of the first team players, the ones that I can see leave are Coll Donaldson (linked with County), Jordan White (been linked with St M last window so can see more interest in him) and Aaron Doran (same as White but the link was with Accies). Hopefully Ridgers is not linked away, my fear is that due to his performances this year, he may well be linked away :-(. I also see more of the youngsters leave on loan and, I see Mitch Curry is returning to Boro on Jan 25, possibly earlier, which makes sense because he's not played much during his loan spell. Its inevitable that our top players will be linked away so I can't understand why Robbo is confident nobody will leave, especially seeing as a lot of the players are not signing new deals at the minute. As long as we replace the departed players (if there are any) with similar quality then I'm happy :-).

Is this silly?
As a lot of you probably know, especially the mods (wink), I have changed a lot since my return to the forum, in that I don't argue with other members or the mods, if they disagree with me etc. So, my question now is regarding a couple of posts I've seen in the Arbroath match day thread, which basically is bemoaning the fact that Robertson is a worse manager since Donald Park left. So, is that a strange statement from the said supporters to say or would you like Donald Park to return (I'm not sure what he is doing now btw) and Kellacher to be binned? My opinion on this is that the posters on that thread are being silly and disrespectful to Scot Kellacher and Barry Wilson. Hope you all have a good new year btw ;).

Another massive game
Well, next weekend is another massive game in our quest to end 2nd in the league. Hopefully the players are going to put today's performance right because us fans are owed a big performance after that dross. After the last loss to Arbroath, we went on a good run which was halted by Partick so let's hope for the same again but I'm not confident and fear a loss to Dundee which will result in us blowing second and ending 3rd. After today, anyone of the 10 outfield players could be dropped but, will we actually see many changes! Ridgers Tremarco, McCart, Donaldson, Rooney Doran, Carson, Vincent, McGregor Storey and Keatings.

January Transfer Window
I would not say no to Keanu Marsh-Brown but would probably say no to the other we are linked with (Agustien). Anyway, in reply to this thread, on the evidence of our last two abysmal performances against Arbroath and the two against Partick as well, anyone of the squad bar Ridgers should be fearful of being punted!!

In reply to the above link from the BBC, that's not what Scot Gardiner says in his article in the Score pull out in Yesterday's Sunday Post, he basically hints at some signings being possible for January.

Inverness CT -V- Ayr Utd
It seems like the Arbroath debacle was the kick up the a*** that the lads needed, we've not lost a match since that day. Its good to get clear of Dundee and Arbroath, and potentially Ayr (unless they win midweek) but it's Dunfermline that we need to be wary of imho. Imho, Utd will be hard to dislodge so we will probably be in the play offs again, so the less matches we have in them, the better.

Preference.
My original post was basically asking the question, so thanks for all the bites ?. My question was based on JR going to Hearts lol, I know I said that I do want him gone, which is true but I was basing it on the hope that he gets the Hearts job. I am not going to respond to the negative comments because that's what you want lol, hence why I have g down the banter route in my first paragraph here.
-
Preference.
I noticed from Facebook, Twitter and on here that most want Robertson to either leave for Hearts or get the sack so my question to these fans (which include myself incidentally) is, who would you like to see replace him? For me its Dick Campbell (highly unlikely) or Paul Sheerin with Charlie Christie as assistant and Garry Warren as First Team Coach.

Team for Peterhead.
Its our first League Cup match this Tuesday against Peterhead (not sure where) so I thought I'd be the first to start a thread for it Ridgers McKay, McCart, Donaldson, Tremarco Doran, Carson, Vincent, Walsh Keatings and White. Subs: Mackay, Nicholson, Machado, Todorov and McGregor.

What we need in transfer market to improve.
Sounds like we are done for this window unless Robbo decides to find cover for Shaun Rooney. On that he says he will wait to see if he heals quicker than anticipated, source : Inverness Courier.
