  1. ok i,ll get ready to watch 1st div footie if ur taking over :017:
  2. u can do better can u :006:
  3. You seem to have changed your tune? :006: so if mcswegan scored the winner for us at ibrox or parkhead,u would still boo would u??...sad No of course I wouldn't boo him. But can you honestly hand on heart say that there is a chance of that happening? I still think it is a very poor signing and I am very unhappy about it. There must have been better out there. Christie said oft he two trialists we had earlier that they weren't better than what we had so we wouldn't signthem so why have we signed McSwegan? If he is better than what we have (1 goal in 2 years) then our front line must be dire. When Dargo and Wyness regain full fitness he won't get a sniff. He is a waste of wages that we could have used on getting a right back to cover the currently poor Tokely. I will happily eat my words if McSwegan proves me wrong but I can't see it. Sorry to not go with the crowd. i havent changed my tune, dont think its a good signing, but obvious its just to cover denzils injury, yes there better out there, but after losing out on j stewart at 10pm,what other, options did we have so late on for cover,i also dont htink he,ll feature at all,but i aint the one booooing him here,u are,a waste of wages, possibly but if he passes anything on to rory that could make him a better player fine, maybe 1 of these trialist is a right back
  4. so if mcswegan scored the winner for us at ibrox or parkhead,u would still boo would u??...sad

  19. from last weeks daily retard 25 August 2006 FRONTMAN GARY BACK AND READY FOR ACTION By Gary Ralston GARY McSWEGAN could barely lift his legs out of bed a year ago but now he's planning to give defences sleepless nights again. The former Rangers striker reckons a Harley Street specialist has added another two seasons to his career after he was struck down by a groin injury that sidelined him for almost six months. I'd been sidelined for the previous five months with a groin injury which had got so bad I literally couldn't lift my legs out of bed in the morning. I had to roll myself on to the carpet before I could get to my feet and rehab at the club wasn't working. "But the specialist in Harley Street pinpointed the problem immediately. I was back in training within seven weeks of the op and haven't missed a day since. "I reckon he has added at least another two seasons to my career." McSwegan also hopes to kick-start his career in coaching and pass on the benefits of two decades of experience. He added: "I've worked with some great bosses including Walter Smith, Howard Kendall and Jim Jefferies. "It's great to see former teammates such as Davie Robertson, Ian Durrant, Craig Brewster, Maurice Malpas and Owen Coyle carving out careers in coaching and management and I'd love to follow in their footsteps. "Coaching, as well as playing, is something I hope to focus on in the next few seasons." McSwegan, 35, has been put through a rigorous pre-season at Ross County and admits he has never felt better. But his future will lie away from Dingwall as new manager Scott Leitch re-structures the First Division club with the emphasis on youth. McSwegan, who has played for clubs such as Notts County, Hearts, Dundee United and Kilmarnock, insists there are no hard feelings as he prepares to hit the road again. Elgin City boss Brian Irvine has sounded him out about a player-coach role but McSwegan is keen to return to the central belt with his family. He said: "Scott is keen to bring down the average age of the squad and I respect what he is trying to do. But there are still goals in my legs and I'm feeling great after coming through a groin operation in London.
  20. word has it we signed him,h,es to injury prone, would rather have had john stewart, seemingly we were 1 of 6 clubs after stewart,oh well i doubt mcswegan will do much, hopefully 2 english trialists will be better quality

  24. falkirk had a bid accepted by aberdeen for john stewart so that rules him out, miller gonig to aberdeen to repalce crawford if mackie agrees to move to tannadice These have to be just wild rumours - well unless Tango man has gone fruit loops? Aberdeen would be left with a strikeforce of only 'sick note' Lovell & Scotland's answer to Emile Heskey - Lee Miller :015:
