VPN Subscription

As some of you may be aware, a few of our users subscribe - via a group rate we have negotiated - to a UK based VPN service that allows them to watch/listen to broadcasts from the UK that may otherwise be blocked (eg. BBC iPlayer, ITV player, Zattoo and more [sportsound/sportscene for example]). The service also allows users to connect to similar servers in the USA and watch USA programming too (eg Hulu or direct to ABC/NBC/Fox and more).

The service is not free, there is a subscription involved of around ?5 per month per user with a minimum subscription term of 1 year, and we now have a single slot available for a new user.

If anyone is interested, and wants more details, please send me a PM.

How legal is this stuff?

nothing illegal about VPN. The service is no different than using a proxy server to connect to the internet. VPNs offer increased security amongst other things.

Looks like the slot may be filled. awaiting a PM back from someone who expressed an interest.

We had a couple of enquiries about this but for one reason or another the users were unable to take up the offer so this slot is still available fo anyone who is interested.
