Saw a newspaper headline at the weekend about Ralph Milne drinking 19 pints a day. Some might say this explains some of his posts here.
Sounds like another legend who has fallen upon hard times - mind you, nobody got rich playing under Jim MacLean. I know a Utd fan who was down in south west England a few years ago, and happened to be told that if he went into a certain pub any afternoon he'd almost certainly find Ralph. Sure enough he was there, and a thoroughly decent bloke too.
Presumably our very own Ralphy has fond memories of the player (unless he is an ironic Man utd fan).
