The Caley Factor

Well, baby, I've been here before.

I've seen this room, and I've walked this floor.

I used to live alone before I knew you.

But I've seen your flag on the marble arch,

And love is not a victory march,

It's a cold and it is a broken Callelujah

Callelujah, Callelujah

Callelujah, Callelujah

I did my best, it wasn't much

I couldn't feel, so I tried to touch

I've told the truth, I didn't come to fool you

And even though

It all went wrong

I'll stand before the Lord of Song

With nothing on my tongue but Hallelujah

Callelujah

Callelujah

Callelujah

Callelujah

I'm afraid it's more like:

Some things in life are bad

They can really make you mad

Other things just make you swear and curse.

When you're chewing on life's gristle

Don't grumble, give a whistle

And this'll help things turn out for the best...

And...always look on the bright side of life...

Always look on the light side of life...

I think you may well have stumbled upon our new anthem. It's a great song and very apt. It would sound amazing belted out from the North Stand.

The 'sweetie rustlers' could join in with a wee whistle on the chorus instead of singing :rotflmao:
