Tade offered new deal!
Re-signing the big man can't do much harm for another season, true he has a completely unique way of playing the game and has been guilty of wasting opportunities but if we do it quick then it gives us more time to assess our other forwards, and also perhaps tackle the more pressing problem of how we are going to play the ball through our midfield - not over their heads - this will ultimately take some pressure off Tade & whoever he is paired with... ...It'll keep the boo boys happy in the bridge end too!!

Fao Mr Brewster
why blame Brewster - he knew he was useless ( unless he was on the pitch) ...what about Mr Sutherland and his puppet chairman?

Those pesky neighbours!
Completely agree with you there, it's not a rivalry where religion, race (unless you count Gypsies as a race :023:) etc. is the core element of our rivalry, it's just two local teams both trying to be the best team in the area. I would enjoy the league games again but the financial hit we would take with two Highland clubs in the top divison could be really damaging, so I think I will just stick to pre-season friendlies and the odd cup game. Since 2005 Gypsies are a recognised race. Oh! And in case you weren't aware there are as many, if not more, persons of ***** or Tinker persuasion in Inverness-shire than anywhere else in the country outside of Perthshire. Aye but most of the ones up here go home to the Black Isle at 5 o'clock. :010:

Player rater v. County
If we had a decent partner for Grant, someone strong in the air and can read the game then no one would be punting Tokely for centre half...Phil McGuire is just as immobile and clumsy as Tokely at the best of times , keep Ross out wide ( and out of the box ) as much as possible . He can put in a shift down the flanks and when he does lop someones arm or leg off then we can hope its outside the area!!

Out with the old...
... we've already been copying them [ Aberdeen ] for some time with a song that actually starts - "Stand Free" , but no one has cottoned on that this is the actual words yet...I'm sure it will come ...

Our most prolific goalscorer on the bench???????
And should there be room for the Manager's ego, drop's the best player because they don't get on,great for the team that is!! Leave out your top goalscorer because you've had a falling out sure the top manager's all do that ...maybe more than a falling out in this case...remember Ruud Van Whatsisname??

An interesting dilemna ??
Maybe over 60 metres he has enough speed to catch up and overtake, but in the real world the first 5 or 10 metres can make all the difference , once your behind a player with the ball running towards the box there ain't much you can do to stop him. Well not within the law anyway.

An interesting dilemna ??
Don't know if Morgan has enough about him to be played at left back , sure he's got a decent left foot, but he has next to no pace and on the occasions I've seen him at the back he was found to be watching the long ball sail over his head too many times.

Is it just Blackie?
He must be on some wage now - considering he is only available for selection for half a season!! Time to shape up or ship out.

Second Bottom
Just as we may lose to either or both of our next two games, Killie may take a point or three off Hearts or Celtic. Therefore lets not worry about Killie - lets focus on ICT and the Falkirk game firstly!

Charlie Christie - An Inspirational Leader
So does one swallow indeed make a summer, or is this just a sarcastic interlude form the normal bile which is so vehemently spewed forth from thine intestines?? I don't think this is a complete sea-change from the previous offerings from CC but then again I hadn't condemned him from the start either...time will tell.

The fat lady is not singing.
As much as we( I ) have enjoyed this festive bounty , which has driven off the wolves and jackals for the night , I hope that the focus can now be transferred to two winnable games against our peers , away to the Bairns and home to the Saints. Without re-igniting the CC arguement , I would like to think that the same team can perfom to the same, (or higher) standard than the eleven ( twelve ) guys who wore the red and blue tonight, and do the business in a similar manner to which us lucky ones have witnessed thi fine evening ( perhaps last night ). GIRUY Huns!! P.S. tattie juice is potent
