  1. Anyone interested in David Sutherland apparently saying the club can't afford his wages..? I'm believing the Chairmen.
  2. Anyone interested in George Fraser apparently saying that the club CAN afford to pay Niculaes wages?
  3. Interesting then that Orion have claimed that; "payments to Marius Niculae in respect of a signing on fee, wages or anything else whatsoever" So surely sponsorship comes under the realm of 'anything else whatsoever'
  4. Being positive isn't all of it, it's about a proper adult (shock) discussion on an issue. The question that needs to be asked is that are any of these players better then ours? I would say most would be. RIG - Soutar is much better then Zibi.
  5. I for one think we should be going for Derek Soutar.
  6. Distant bitter student! Ha. Nothing bitter about me, but nice for you to prove me right.
  7. I'll get my jacket....... I am leaving this thread. Well recently the discussion on this board is either IHE spouting his pish (no doubt he will talk some in here), people criticising Brewster (done to death) people wanking / attempting to destroy Marius and most recently the board room troubles. I have just got sick of it, and thought that we should maybe try a different type of thread for once. An actual discussion about the merits of taking people from another club and integrating them into our own. But no doubt it will descend into a farce.
  8. Now I haven't put this in the rumour section because there is no rumours about it. Aberdeen have announced that 6 players will be leaving the club in the summer. Seeing as they are most likely living in the North East City, should we be attempting to tie some up on deals? Of course they will have to take pay cuts, but some might be willing to do that in order to stay in the area and play first team football. Attempting to put aside the negative aspects that seem to be happening, lets try some actual constructive discussion on here for once.

Cinema is no cheaper anywhere else. When I lived in Cornwall, ?3 to get from Camborne to Truro (same kind of distance). Paisley to Glasgow - about ?2 return. Think yourself lucky. Why don't they make it cheep?? all this saving the environment stuff!! it get pepole out there cars!! i normally get my mum or dad to take me places because the bus is far too expensive!! You are complaining about 80p for a bus trip to Culloden from Inverness? Jose maria Olazabel.
  10. Which two posters are this then?
  11. Do you not read topics?

    Team for Gretna

We might have to rope in a few of the directors but we should have enough for a game,
  14. Niculae was given Sportsound MoM, would people agree that his performance today (which I can only go on by hearsay) was attributed to his goal (and subsequent confidence boost) midweek?
  15. A Referee is in charge from the moment he enters the stadium to the moment he leaves and can caution, warn, or send off any player or manager at any point he likes.
  16. Get Brewster booted
  17. The Sun's article on the matter also mentions fans websites.
  18. The first angle on my link shows that the guy won't be playing footie again. It looked like his sock was keeping his foot on.
  19. Here's a working link
  20. How many fans do you reckon we will take? And anyone know anything about prices?
  21. I quite like Section G or The Bridge Enders. I think we should be getting rid of the term Ultra as well. Unless Canada Bob started sponsoring us.....
  22. I hate the chant Loyal Army, the only other club that uses it is Rangers because it has loyalist connotations. Caley Army is so much better. Why do we need to have an ultras group? Why do we need to call them the ultras, why not just call them Section G? Or does that title mean so much to everyone? Just to say that they are an Ultra?
  23. If Patti is that good, we should sell Rankin now as the longer he stays the less we will get. How did you figure that one out? He still has 18 months on his contract.
  24. Turns out that St Mirren DIDN'T have a bid accepted. Link
