Dods has made it very clear he doesn't plan to play another season in Inverness. I suppose it depends on what he gets offered, but I'm sure someone will come in for him. He should be forever grateful to ICT for not selling him to Dundee Utd though. That would have been a bad move (or would he have helped save the day - we'll never know now)

Article in today's P & J says Pele's first job is to get a goalie on loan. Their first choice keeper was the asst manager who left the club at the beginning of the week. I would like to see Michael Fraser get some more 1st team experience, but we need to have quality back up too. I hope that the board offer him a greatly enhanced contract to persuade him to bide his time with us. A loan move could work out okay for everyone.

[EDIT (by Scotty) : The information was released to the club and press a few days early. This is normal practice with a story like this and is done to allow the press some time to get pics/quotes. Stories are 'embargoed' until an agreed date/time - in this case Sunday 5th - when it was to be officially announced and could be printed in newspapers/websites or broadcast on radio/tv. It appears that the Courier may have jumped the gun and will doubtless take some flak over this. Dont expect any article to be available on the official site until Sunday as regardless of the fact that its in the Courier, the club have to abide by the original embargo date (unless the SPL say differently in the meantime). Nice one Forresdame. Bon Accord sounds good to me. I'll also be arriving alone as I'm not likely to find someone who wants to travel with me from Inverness to watch the game on the tele in Aberdeen. Very unfortunate timing. I don't miss many games and I have a good feeling we can get a result in this one. We have never beaten Aberdeen in a competitive match. Although I am disappointed at missing the game, I am looking forward to meeting some of our Aberdeen based fans. It's good to put faces to names you know from the site. I have already met some great people over the years. Maybe I will be able to persuade you to join us in Inverness for our Christmas Party on the 24th November, then you can meet some of the real 'InterNUTTERS' :015:. I would like to keep Michael Fraser, but how can we hang on to him when he never gets a game. He is another player who is out of contract at the end of this season. I wouldn't imagine he would be in a hurry to extend his contract with us, unless it was on vastly improved terms or that he could be guarenteed a few games for the 1st team. He is an excellent keeper, but it isn't fair of us to expect him to sit it out on the bench week in week out.

Of course you can, you know you're welcome in the Innes any time. Stay and watch us beat the Jambos on the Saturday.
