  1. Thank you all so much, I've just came across this thread as I've not been online. Your support means a lot. It was such a shock for all of us, but we do take comfort from the fact that we left him on Monday night and he was in good form and had no pain. The end was very sudden which we believe is a blessing in the long run.
  2. Looking forward to this game tonight. I'm working until 5.30pm, so attending the game isn't an option. I applaud all those who are on their way to Dundee, but if you are not one of the lucky ones, remember you can just turn up at the Social Club tonight. All welcome and it's FREE!!!!!!!!! See you there, anytime from 7pm
  3. Or a quick phone call would suffice. This game has been on sale for weeks now, so why such a rush to buy tickets on the day. There were a few (not many) turned away without tickets. The offers did work as I know for a fact that there were people there who would have watched it on the tele, but the offers made it tempting for them and they turned out. Not sure whether or not ictewd actually is a season ticket holder or not due to the mixed messages, but the offers did help to swell the crowd.
  4. No need to shout!!
  5. It's a Parma Scarf and that's where the trip is going to :-)
  6. Yes is the answer, there have been a few people who would have stayed home and watched on the tele who were tempted with one of the deals which is good. There are still some of the Supporters Trust Offer tickets available though and the ticket office is open from 10am until 3pm tomorrow. Remember as this is an all ticket game you will definitely not be able to buy tickets pre match on Sunday. Tickets will be on sale on Sunday from 9am - 11am ONLY!!!!!!!
  7. Marc has once again touched people's hearts and I have an e-mail at work with an offer of a donation and a little surprise for Marc. I'm not sure if the kind person wishes to be identified or not, so for now I will keep the information confidential. I will work with them to bring this to fruition and let you know more when and if I can
  8. I wonder if they will manage to travel by bus on this occasion, rather than fly in their private plane? That really would be taking the mick.
  9. Glass half empty Tin Roof Man? I suspect that the 'away' support will be more vocal than ever, so it would be nice if we could have a good 'home' support to cheer on our boys.
  10. Yes, the "safe seats" do have to be used. They have to be used because they can be locked away safely when the area is being used for standing and because they incorporate the crush barriers that are needed between each row of people. What I don't know (yet) is why we could not simply rip seats out and put in Crush Barriers only. We could do that and maintain the 6000 seats needed by the SPL and just not use those areas when we get in to Europe....although a venture in to Europe would surely fund the installation of the safe seats so the area could be used!!! For now however, we have to work on the basis that "safe seats" need to be installed. As far as I'm aware 1 seat (folded up or otherwise) = 1 space, you would have to buy that space/seat. Spaces would have to be allocated to avoid overcrowding. I believe it could be done and possibly the West Stand would be the best option, however if you are going to move people from existing seats, there would be no increase in revenue for the club so we would need to look at the options to fund this. As Don says the Supporters Trust would be the vehicle to take this forward, so let us know your thoughts and we'll see what can be done. Sadly the days of the old terracing are gone, but this may be a compromise worth exploring
  11. I am very conscious that this game has been a bit overshadowed by the cup game this weekend. The game at Celtic Park on the 11th will be all Ticket and the only place to get tickets is from ICT, so phone the stadium on 01463 222880
  12. Don't understand that Alex, what's the difference between the home fans being in the North or South stands, wouldn't make any difference.
  13. If the home fans don't buy the tickets, then they surely can't have an issue if the club want to look at ways of maximising revenue. I'm certain that the club wouldn't even have thought about using the North Stand for away fans, but now that this has been suggested I wouldn't be surprised if they give it some consideration for next season. I can tell you for sure that they are disappointed with the uptake from the North Stand for the cup game, so this might be something to think about. At the end of the day if the stand is full of ICT fans there will be no room for 'away' fans
  14. Thought we were fantastic today in terrible condidtions, delighted with the win and the clean sheet. I would just like to say a massive thank you to Chairman Kenny Cameron, Vice Chairman Graham Bennett and the under 19 squad who along with the ground staff got the game on. Covers were purchased to protect the park but let me assure you it took a super human effort to take the water off the covers and remove them in time for the game to go ahead. Well done guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. 10am, but there should be somebody at the stadium from 9am. You can buy your seat online

  17. Thanks to all who turned up tonight, it was nice to see Kenny Gillet, Aaron Doran and Steve Williams as well as a number of the ICT(non playing) staff. Atmosphere was good and the result fantastic - bring on the Celtic :-)
  18. Tempted to rise to what must be a wind up, but I'll resist
  19. We will have a couple of players there to share some of their thoughts about the game. They will be there from 7pm
  20. I would not want this night to take away from the travelling support as the team need all the help they can get, but this is an alternative to those who can't get off work or school early enough to make the journey (or have an early start the next morning). Only the best pies OldCaleyGirl Rather than sit at home and watch the tele or listen to the radio, come and join some like minded fans and support the team from the comfort of the Caley Club. As CaleyD says there is more information to follow once confirmed so watch this space.
  21. TV and gate money will be split, so while it will be a great little earner I don't expect quite that much money. A win on Wednesday will definitely be worth a few pound though
  22. Motherwell have a fantastic social club by their ground where away fans are welcome. Always a great pre match venue and kids are welcome. Hope to see a few of you there
  23. Season tickets holders already had an offer for this game to bring a friend for a fiver and this offer still exists. All tickets already purchased at this price are still valid and tickets can still be purchased at £5. I have a season ticket and like my seat as well as the priority I get for other cup games and as a fan I am delighted that the club have made this gesture, especially for the travelling support who were already either in Inverness or very close
  24. Ticket office is closed Monday and Tuesday, but will be open on Wednesday to make sure people can take advantage of the special offer for Hibs tickets. Use the direct line 01463 227451 as the stadium will be closed. Merry Christmas
  25. Listen to your radio or check on here 1st thing in the morning. It will depend what happens overnight I suppose, if it stops snowing we should be okay I hope
