  1. Erm, Hagi would go onto astronomical wages if he did come.

So what you are saying is that it's not okay to moan on this site but it's perfectly okay to moan at the game in the form of booing our own players when warming up and saying our keeper is shit? **** of an odd way to "get behind their team". Surely getting behind them would be cheering them on in spite of their apparent lack of ability. The players in question will boost their morale a lot more by playing and giving it a good go than if they are given pelters from the stands. That certainly will not help their morale. I don't think Dean MacDonald is overly special yet there is a stalker like obsession regarding him from the same lot who booed Fraser. That's because Paul Ritchie was lazy and never ran about like a headless chicken chasing lost causes! Oh wait, he is a striker and scored hat tricks every 2nd game which is what he is paid to do. I know what player I would rather have in the team.

She's still tucking into the chip she's had on her shoulder since last season.
  4. Conway has done well as has Noel Hunt. Kalvenes seems decent too.
  5. Feel free to move to Rumours if you so wish. I thought it would be best for here but wasn't sure :003:

I thought it was just a general MotM discussion thread but fair dos.
  7. P & J carries another article with Rankin saying he expects to move on: *Click 1* However in the piece about the game from Saturday there is an interesting paragraph half way through the story. *Click* Given that both Black and Rankin are *proven* SPL players and are likely to be key candidates to replace aging members of our squad (Wilson, McBain etc.) it seems somewhat strange that we will readily let them leave. Bearing in mind the well known problems ICT of attracting players to the club given its location the decision to allow good players, and ones we have fought hard to keep/sign, leave Inverness is somewhat preplexing.

I thought he did more than enough to merit a decent run in the team and to be on from the start.... Whatever the feck he did to whoever.... Forgive and forget... Time to move on now. Why have you quoted from a seperate thread?

Right so you want the moaners on here to shut up but you must be aware that the ones at the game who were booing MacAllister and Fraser were also, technically, moaning? Maybe you should follow your own advice.

I don't think anyone is trying to claim anything like that. Simply that there were quite a few who were against his appointment (as were folk for it) and indeed this was raised at the meeting when the rumoured return of Brewster was questioned. To suggest that the majority were actually for it very much open to debate. Certainly the opinion on this site was very against a return of Brewster however that, of course, doesn't mean the majority of ICT fans were. Only a census of all ICT fans would perhaps reveal the answer. WynessLegends post is made up fantasy.

Boruc is an absolute cretin, his antics at Easter Road earlier this season provide further evidence of this. However I wouldn't begrudge him a celebration when Celtic scored a last minute winner. And as you say the idiots who slaughtered him for 90 minutes to start greeting about him dancing at the end are pathetic.
  12. Did you notice Rankins amazing backheel that nearly sent Wyness through? I think I'll stick him down for MotM. Cowie did indeed score a wonderful goal but I felt he was much quieter than previous games. Perhaps because he was being deployed on the opposite side from where he has been so efficacious this season. I felt this nullified a lot of his positive play.
  13. He was fine as well. I would say that about the whole team. I didn't think we were that good but we were average to fine. No one really stood head and shoulders above anything in my view. I think okay sums up a lot of the lads. They done good and all that. I am not sure if they did play 4 - 5 - 1. Mehmet and Kean are both "strikers" so perhaps they had 2 up front?
  14. My top 3 were Duncan, Hastings and Cowie. I thought Duncan had a few wayward passes but on the whole he was reasonable enough in midfield. Hastings had a few good runs down the left and defended well enough and Cowie did not to bad on the left hand side but I was relieved to see him move back to the right when Rankin came on. I thought Proctor was poor. Caught out of position too many times and slow to get to the ball. He did have some crunching challenges including the one where Cowie was booked only for the ref to "withdraw" the booking and "reaward" it to Proctor. Idiot.

Care to back this made up "fact"? From what I remember reading on here the majority of fans who went along to the meeting with GB etc. were NOT in support of CB returning to ICT.
  16. Indeed. Thomson has now given up on his footballing career now from what I am told. It was all downhill after that.

Well done Fraser on flicking the Vs. Shows up the bunch of "fans" who can happily dish it out but can't take it when it comes back their way. They can have no complaints for what Fraser did.

Cove or Huntly for me would be rare.

Maybe not as extreme as shite but I don't rate him at all to be perfectly honest. I don't think he should be near the first team either. But that's just me.
  21. Very wasteful and greedy up front but he had some nice touches and worked well with Wyness. He held the ball up and distributed it better than some others in the team.
  22. Yesterday certainly brought back memories of that TSC game against the Buddies down Love Street way. Think we only had one shot in the entire game and scored with it. That was very much undeserved.

Right so when did MF actually flick the Vs? There seems to be some variation on this. I heard the Soccer AM* chant (Aaaaah etc.) but never saw him do anything. Someone on another thread said he flicked the Vs before this (and this is why they folk shouted this at him) but here people are saying he did it after?

You're just as bad as the feckin boo boys with a comment like that - and you're a feckin moderator..!! God o' feckin Mighty.... I'm with Yngwie on this one. I don't rate Rory at all and I fail to see why Yngwie shouldn't be able to see what he thinks because he is a moderator.
