  1. thought the problem was more that scotland actually went for it when a more defensive hit on the break approach would have suited away from home. should have played one up not two with dailly in midfield. our midfield was pish tonight. fletcher had his worst game in a scotland shirt and fergusons passing was pish. really missed brown hutton and hartley tonight. stonewall penalty.again!! and great chance for faddy early on and it could have been so different but its not exactly a surprise, it wouldn't be scotland if we weren't left with a nightmare winner takes all showdown with the world champions. bring it on. they've never won here and they aint starting now
  2. think a new stand west stand would be a good idea if done in the right way. i would focus more on incorporating top class conference facilities, press area and hospitality plus a new bar and shop for supporters and training facility for the players. seating could be kept to a minimum, along the lines of seating the size of the old terrace, because we really dont need loads more empty seats but do need improved facilities and things to generate more revenue. the stadium would look more complete and at the same time suit our needs more than a stand for the sake of it which would probably just get filled by the old firm anyway
  3. its a fact it was his first drug offence. how many other times have you seen him done in court? if your alleging otherwise thats up to you but what i was saying is the fact he's a professinal footballer undergoing regular drug testing would lend me to believe that this was his first time on coke. why is that so hard to believe? of course its entirely possible he might have had a couple of joints in years gone by but hey so did bill clinton , even if he didnt inhale
  4. stop the hysteria. talk of rehab and councilling etc are laughable and just highlight the knee jerk society we live in at the moment. every man and his dog is going to the priory these days when in most cases a firm kick in the balls would suffice. most would concede it was more than likely his first drug offence and most would hope to be given a second chance themselves if they acted innappropriately no matter what their background or profession. why the need to condem people to more misery for a stupid mistake and what does that teach kids, dont forgive, just get rid. anyone who thinks the boy isnt hurting a **** of a lot over his actions, A doesnt know the player and B hasn't tried to think what it must be like to deal with something like this for any person. thats not to say he doesnt deserve it and hasnt been stupid, just that the punishment should fit the crime. hope we see him again in a ict jersey
  5. you so do have too much time on your hands but interesting none the less. hatrick v dons anyone?
  6. Sorry mate, that's a duh moment! As above, brings a bit of colour - red - to the game, and can frequently be downright humourous. dont disagree that he can be humourous, just think he can also be arrogant and disrespectful to the opposing team sometimes.
  7. yeah dont see why the club shouldn't stand by him. we all make mistakes. :32: a yellows just fine i reckon
  8. used to like him as a pundit but he is a total ****** as celtic boss. always has some crap excuse for getting beat and comes across as an arrogant little turd
  9. what do you mean your a mark fan and the above will give us a better keeper. mark plays for celtic and our keeper is called mike :017:
  10. both
  11. frasers got a tough job being a rookie replacing broonie but think he's done well on the whole and looks the part. its easy to over analyse his performances when in truth every player has both positive and negative attributes.the mistakes yesterday were errors of judgement rather than real clangers where you might question his ability.more down to lack of experience for me but dont think we'll see the same again any time soon. definately not the time to drop him, more a time to see what he's made of and shut out the sheep shaggers next week
  12. what a stinker from fraser. cmon in to this sihte
  13. do celtic use the same stewards as us? :023:
  14. battle of the planets 2 4 o robert
  15. if anyone is interested weve hired a mini bus to go to the game but have no driver. if someone wants to drive a mini bus full of absolute drunken clowns down and back they can have a ticket
  16. co-op in culloden. doesn't matter when you go in or how many of their brain dead staff they have on the tills it still takes 20 mins to buy a paper fords the glaswegian accent steve lovell's late goals or indeed any of his and aberdeens goals inshes roundabout- nobody can convince me it is not just very wrong shops selling english water in scotland. :008: people that go walking with ski poles- morons ramblers or just the term rambler
  17. seen as the job comes up every 6 months or so i would say barry would prefer to stay in the top league for a few seasons yet :003:
  18. the point now is what exactly are the club going to do about all this.everyone wants a singing section in the north stand and the club need to stop playing silly buggers and sort it out. this is no way to treat the supporters, whether its targeting groups or individuals, its a feckin joke. only in inverness could we have a situation where the club are actively discouraging the generation of any sort of atmosphere to appease a few part timers who dont want the noise to interupt radio scotlands coverage of the rangers game.only in inverness would we treat the passioniate supporters like leppers and erect a joke 'west stand' so they can go sit in the rain a sing themselves a song. the noise at the gretna game was class, suppressing it is not in anyones interest. sometimes the best thing to do is the hardest thing to do and until someone swallows their big fat ego and makes this happen then this will run and run.
  19. anyone superstitious about doing things or wearing things when going to watch ict. i changed the turnstyle i go through for the hearts game and have stuck with it ever since and so far so good, while the guy that sits behind me reckons his mate is jinxed since we have won 3 since he fecked off on holiday :017: :003:
  20. a league and cup double over aberdeen would be nice. :021:
  21. the club need to get a grip and stop engaging in petty point scoring with fans. put a singing section behind the goals, move the family section if need be, anyone that doesn't want to move doesnt have to. for years players and management have moaned about the need for the fans to be more vocal yet when they try to the club start taking the **** :018:
  22. anyone here full after all the humble pie. get in there dennis, 4 in the last 3 games!
  23. back from game now and what a cracker. were back, well done brew and lads. dennis is back to his best, prowling around like a tiger and banging in the goals :021: his second an absolute stotter.duncan played a blinder, mcbain looking excellent at left back :017: black a changed man dicsipline wise and its really helping his game, his goal a peach as well. nicolae was excellent again, hit bar , set up black and generally feckin class.cowie again brilliant, could go on all day really, great show by all. defending was really good, restricted them to long shots mainly, eat our dust gretna were on the move :blah01:
  24. the bigot brothers are both scum of the lowest form.i have in the past debated as to which of the two i find most despicable and just couldn't seperate them.they are a disgrace to this country which must be somewhat ironic given both the cnuts associate themselves with two other countries, one that doesn't want them in their league and another that hasn't got a proper league.
  25. uninvent all seater stadia
