  1. Och its all over for us in anyway, i'll no be going out of my way to even watch the box . Negative i know but lets face it Burleys been a crap manager , the sooner he goes the better I think i'll take myself down to the Greig St Bridge to watch the raft race instead ;)
  2. Craig Brewster (the player) would have been a better choice. I thought he'd hung his boots up
  3. Isnt it mostly a young squad we have now so maybe a bit more experience on the park wouldnt be a bad thing :(
  4. :blob09: Do you want to move it to 'things you regret saying' thread now or later? :biggrin01: Och have we no got enough negativity on here I aam not being negative. There are plenty of people on here thinking they were going to trash ross c*nty because we are a better team. They just got a shock when they actually out-classed us and thats led to the negativity. Hope for the worst and if it happens, you wont feel as bad. Oh well does that mean i should hope we get beat against Partick on Sunday ? :D

  6. So if we lose to partick thistle, i shall expect a 'Malpas Go or Stay' Thread??? :D :D :D
  7. I think for most of us Saturdays defeat was a sore one to take & its better we show we care than shrug it off like it didnt matter . Come 7th November we'll get our revenge in their back yard & i cant wait :D :D :D Mon ICT
  8. Should this thread no have been started before the new season begun ? Anyway , anyone who believes we could go through a season unbeaten must be cookoo But i'm a wee bit concerned we'll have another season where we might be better away from home We the fans have got to help our team get better be more positive & not make playing at home a place to dread !
  9. Who cares what Dundee are doing ! Any word of us getting a striker before tomorrow ?
  10. Its ridiculous these threads "Dissapointed in Butcher " Should Butcher stay or go " FFS get a grip people :D Only the 4th game of the season too !! Remember the man can only work with what he's got & we do have a suspension & injurys As for the "New members " who've come on here to slag us off lets just ignore those gypo's they are obviously very sad bored people who have nothing better to do Mon ICT onwards & upwards :clown2: :wave02: ;)
  11. I have to agree it wouldve made more sense if Mcbain & Duncan played yesterday It will be so good to see Rossco back Any word of how long Imrie & Odhiambo are out ?
  12. I think so. Every game i've being to its being a ICT player so i think so. CaleyD must be out having a few drinks after the game. Be on tomorrow sometime i would think Was only a couple of soft drinks for me after the game, then home to bed as I had to be up at 3am this morning for a run to Edinburgh. Not long home, but will get the poll up after I've had a bit of breakfast lunch. CaleyD how come you didnt wear a loud shirt yesterday & you didnt do the gimme a C Gimme an A routine either ?
  13. I cant believe somebody's actually started this topic especially as its so early in the season GET A GRIP !!!!! :026:
  14. B) Well said and yes expectations have become too high , we've not got the team we had in previous seasons , just look at Scotsport on a monday night & see the X ICT players now in the SPL , its hard to think they were all with us at one time . :025:
  15. 1 win , 2 draws & 1 defeat so far this season , i know its early days but is this "Get straight back up " cruisade we seem to be on not just adding pressure & too high expectations to a virtually new ICT team ? As much as anyone i'd love to see us go straight back up but i think we've got to look at the real picture several of our players are young & need more experience also some arent used to the "Scottish " game we have some older & more experienced but then there's injuries which havent helped . Lets all try to be more positive & concentrate on getting behind the team & doing well in division 1
  16. Aye well todays performance was shyte & i'm especially pissed off C*unty were the ones to end our unbeaten run Is this going to be another season where we're crap at home ? We aint got a hope on hell of promotion if thats the case !!
  17. We are missing Rossco & Imrie From what i saw today , our team is too lightweight & shot shy in the box
  18. Happy to take a point today considering we're "Underdogs " !

Maybe it's just me but I hate swearing, the odd one is ok but to be met with swear after swear, it's not nice. I hate it and i'm 24. It's isn't about wrapping our children in cotton wool, it's about having a little respect for those around us. Respect is a two way street. If you'll pardon my ignorance could you please enlighten me as to what the letters D.I.L.L.I.G.A.F represents ? Google it, watch Kevin Bloody Wilson's video on youtube, but make sure your kids are out the room :)

But everyone does that, when others around you are moaning do you offset this by shouting encouragement to those on the park or do you just come to the forum to moan about your fellow fans and sending their mood further down so that they moan at the players the next match they attend? Or are you one of those fans who turns around and gives evil stares to people who let their disapointment out by complaining to the guys they went to the match with that the team are not doing as well as expected thereby adding to the frustration and bad feeling and multiplying the volume at which it transfers towards the pitch? Have you ever considered approaching those people who frustrate you so much, introducing yourself and asking them if it would not be better to give some vocal support to the team? Or maybe even starting a chant and getting others to join in with you? You might be surprised as to how much a good mood will spread and how fast. I was only expressing my dissapointment at such negativity from certain "Fans" especially as it was the very first home game of the season . Isnt that what the Forums for ? Views & opinions ! Yes you are correct that is what forums are for but do you always hide behind a monitor when you express your opinions or do you ever do it face to face and try to improve the situation? Supporters come from all walks of life some sit idly by and and tut at other's moaning, some moan at the match, some moan on the forum, some (the proper use of the term fans) actually do something at the match and let the players know they are doing a great job or a bad job dependent on the situation. The term fan is and abbreviation of fanatic, fanatics rarely sit rustling sweety papers, fanatics are generally animated. I think when you say "Fans" you really mean supporters. I'm not hiding behind a monitor just merely expressing my opinion which i'm entitled to ! Forum = Noun 1 a place of meeting in which people can exchange ideas and discuss public issues Yeah no problem but any chance of you "sharing your views" on the questions I have asked you? Or would you prefer to skirt around the issues which you have brought up? Ok yesterday was our first home game of the season so i let the moaning go & complained about it here instead ( as others do on similar issues) In 2 weeks we're at home to County , i'll do what you suggested & ask that certain person to give vocal support rather than moan ! & yes i'll be cheering our team on as i always do
