I think this question could well be relative to age. I think a lot of the younger generation are exposed to a lot more throw away music these days than those of us lucky enough to grow up with REAL music, which will still be listened to in 40 yrs time!

I think you are correct about Butcher, that leaves me, Robbo and Ossie. I don't think Ossie is being serious and Robbo has had his differences with Mr Sutherland, just call me gaffer guys I will be appointing IHE as assistant/ psycho.

On the point of CB quitting weeks/months ago rather than wait to be sacked - maybe he felt the right thing to do was to stay and keep on trying & fighting rather than just quit and walk away. That would've been too easy, perhaps.

Being a sentimental old fool, I feel for Brew and agree the timing's pretty poor. Get the feeling this was done by a panicky, desperate board.

Returning to us being beyond the point of no return...while we do have some time (no time?) to pick up some points over the next few weeks what are the chances - really? Cos we've picked up sod-all so far and that's a big, big problem.
