You have to take a positive out of every negative and the positive was an improved all round performances against Hibs. The defence was much improved and we created enough chances to get a result, although we do lack a killer instinct up front.

After our dreadful performance against Dundee United I am going to give Brewster a chance to turn things around. I am still not convinced by his ability but am prepared to give him some time. he needs to sort out the defence for a start and fitness as we fall apart near the end of games. Finally I really hope we dont lose to Arbroath but if we play like we did today i wouldn't fancy us to beat anyone.

you just have to look at the premiership to see the amount of money involved in football these days. Man City and Man Utd have spent over 50 million on players this summer, Liverpool close to that sum of money and even Sunderland have spent over 30 million on players. In Europe Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Barcelona have all spent big. The sad fact is, to be the best in football, you have to spend tons.
