  1. I may be wrong but this is what I think Aberdeen - No one Celtic - V of Hesselink, Boruc Dundee Utd - No one Falkirk - No one Gretna - No one Hearts - No one Hibs - No ome ICT - NICULAE Killie - No one Motherwell - No one Rangers - No one St Mirren - No one
  2. 1. Brew's last minute winner versus Hearts 2. Cowie's winner against Celtic 3. Proctor taking one for the teamand getting sent off against Celtic 4. Ike's save against Celtic 5. As it was the only away game I was at where we won I'm going to say getting 3 points at Tannadice
  3. I would hardly call it a lap of honour they do, they approach the Bridge End give a round of applause walk over to the Main Stand do the same again and walk down the tunnel.
  4. There was a caller (a Celtic fan) on Your Call trying to make it by casually trying to continually call him the Reverend Mike McCurry to which Jim basically called him a narrow minded bigot
  5. The fact that this was a rather pointless end of season fixture meant very few people headed down the road for it. Best effort for a chant was last day of last season at St Mirren with about a ten minute chant of 'Loyal Army'.

The heart says yes but the head says no and I have used my head on this occasion
  7. If your wanting good songs they are definitely on away days, I have managed half a dozen away games myself this season and the Hibs cup game and Hearts away a couple of weeks ago were excellent days out. Some of the chants were the best i've heard in a long time.

Considering we started off in the SPL with a fantastic away record, I don't think so.... That's one thing that has puzzled me, in 2004 we went a whole year where we only lost at Dens Park and Parkhead but over the last two seasons our away record has been horrendous.

Fraser Tokely Proctor Hastings McBain Wilson Cowie Hart Vigurs Wyness Niculae Subs: Zibi, Kerr (sub for Hastings with about 10 minutes), Imrie, Bayne, Brewster (for Wyness after 70 minutes), Gillespie (on for Hart 75 minutes), Black
  10. Same as last week isn't it? Hopefully Brew gets a few minutes today and next week.
  11. I would like us to sign Callum Reidford, the young keeper from Rangers on a free transfer as he could provide a challenging back up for Ikey. I think if we sign Andrew Cave-Brown from Norwich he could turn out to be a good signing for us. Andy Barrowman would also make a good addition to our squad and I think a defensive minded midfielder will also be required.

I do have a slight tendency towards Rangers although I do like to see both sides of the OF do well in Europe, I really hate Aberdeen more than both of them though.
  13. That's Alan Shearer the Newcastle legend. :003:
  14. GK: Would still like to see Fraser kept as No.1 with a reliable second choice keeper brought and McNulty as No.3 DF: I personally would like to see us start with Tokely-Proctor-Munro-Hastings but I feel that Brew will play McGuire instead of Proc, I would like to see an experienced centre half and possibly a young, up and coming centre half/left back. MID: My ideal midfield four would be Cowie-Black-Duncan-Imrie. I would be very surprised if we still see Blackie in an ICT shirt at the start of next season but I hope Brew and him can sort out there differences. Despite some of the criticism aimed at Duncan I think he is still an excellent player and should be in the starting XI. Wilson should be kept for another year but I feel that Patti should join Hart through the exit door. I hope to see Vigurs, Gillespie and Sutherland getting a better chance in the first team and I think that an experienced defensiveminded midfield is all that is required. FW: The problem area. With Wyness, Bayne looking likely to leave and Marius also a high possibility to have left we could need as many as 3/4 new strikers as only Wood and McAllister will be left. From what i've heard Wood deserves to have a chance next season as an impact player of the bench. So for season 2008/09: Out: Mccafferey (St J), Watt (back to Swansea), Hart (County), Wyness (County/St Mirren), Patti (free) Zibi (Hibs/free), Bayne (somewhere in the central belt) In: Barrowman, GK(Samson was mentioned and I would go for him), centre half, another centre half/left back, defensive midfielder, another striker,

  16. It won't be on tv and I believe that season ticket holders get priority first when they go on sale which is this Monday I think. I really hope that we play 45 minutes with the starting XI that played in the 3-1 victory over Celtic. I have heard that a certain Alan Shearer will play 45 minutes as well for Caley although I would take that with a pinch of salt
  17. I think the first two words suggest we will make an offer for him. Have seen him a few times he looks an alright goalkeeper. He did play for Dundee Utd didn't he?

Team that will probably play: Fraser Rossco Proctor Munro Hastings Wilson Duncan Cowie Imrie Wyness Niculae Team I would like to see play: Fraser Proctor Kerr Munro Vigurs Wilson Black Gillespie Imrie McAllister Niculae Subs: Zibi, Rossco, Cowie, Paatelainean, Wyness, Bayne, Duff
  19. Barjam Fetai, end of story.

Pressley is rubbish but he isn't rated very well so he isn't the most overated player in the SPL. Scott Brown has also been very poor this season. And I also think Billy Mehmet is the worst striker I have seen in the SPL by quite a distance.
  21. Whats with the "Brew Army" title if you dont support him ? By still not supporting him I mean after the last couple of months not since he rejoined do you think he'll get another contract?? Nope, he'll be playing for the tinkers next season.

  23. I actually had a discussion about this at half time today and I reckon he will have half an hour against St Mirren
  24. The reason Wyness played 90 minutes was because he was been given the chance to earn a new contract. Fair play to Brew for sticking to his word about him giving Denzil a chance to prove himself.
  25. If this is a positive thread don't expect too many post in it. :001: Must admit I still don't believe in Brewster but while he's still in charge he'll still get my support
