County have a pathway for their youth and young pros - we don't beyond 18's. If Clach tied up with county they would only get players not good enough for their teams. On the other hand if they get the full time boys at ICT they would get them all including the better players YES/NO ? simples.

maybe you should speak to the chairman and manager. they are both more qualified to give you club policy.

Clach have not "thrown their lot in with County" so I don't know where you got that from.

This is an opportunity to sit down with Clach and really set a pathway for ICT youth players. *Clach have a very limited player budget but could subsidise the ICT players wage *ICT cannot afford a reserve team so Clach continue funding the SHFL team bur save on signing on fees. There are so many benefits here for both clubs if they just see sense and sit down round the table.

simple. clach need players, have a ground etc etc. it's about time the inverness football community got together and build from the foundations up.

Article makes a lot of sense for the bigger clubs but we have absolutely no pathway for this group of u18's. Loans to highland league?. Why not do a deal with Clach as a feeder team. Our boys could play against men each week and if they mature quickly enough they could come back into our first team squad.

all these teams bar Livi and Ayr are lower league. where are all the Prem and Championship reserves playing?

Partnerships with other clubs was pure fiction. Terry Butcher was the reason we got loan players and signings from England.

maybe we should be looking at a reserve team next year, keep the best from u18 squad and add the best of the u17's. It would also give valuable game time to 1st team squad players not getting a regular game.

I think you are absolutely right IHE and the unfortunate fact is there are very few who would work with DS.

I wouldn't think a crowd of 5000 is unreasonable against Ayr and if we get thru that at least 6000 against Dundee Utd. If we progress from there the team (not the club) deserves a full house.

I hope the club see the play-offs as an opportunity to fill at least 2 stands.
