He didn't motivate the players yesterday , most gutless display I've seen in a long long time . What did you expect him to do ? At least Terry is animated which is a lot more to be said compared to the previous 2 managers we've had ! Your posts are always so negative it does my head in Unfortunately there is much more to football management than all this animated stuff, coupled with all the out-pourings of grief and emotion, when it all goes badly wrong.

Under the present management team I can't see us achieving much better than a middle of the table position next season. It is now apparent the "Butcher Bounce" wasn't quite long lasting enough to save us from the drop.

Having spoken to unbiased non ICT or Falkirk fans most of I have spoken to felt it was harsh. Tokely was getting round the other side of his man touched his shoulder, he went down. If thats a drag or pull then the players may as well start playing tag football with no contact allowed whatsoever. It's also debatable to call it a CLEAR goal-scoring opportunity. Mihajdchuks was in close proximity, the ball was not under control, it was outside the box. Its Steve Lovell (he would have contiunued on and most likely picked up an injury as opposed to scoring) I think in these circumstances a referee should not just be looking at the letter of the law but deliberating if there was malous or intent from the offending player which in Tokelys case is highly debatable. If we're talking about blame, where was Lionel Djebi Zadi for the run down the right side for the goal cross? Why did Foran miss? Why did Imrie when cutting inside not try and keep his shot down for once? We will never know. Whats done is done. In saying all this, He DID get sent off, we DID lose, we ARE relegated. Anything else is irrelevant. Lets look forward to next season. (i'm going to start an optimism thread) Get behind the team and bounce straight back up. Very good post but rather than try and put it all behind us and attempt to move on, I'm inclined to ask if we have the right management team in place to bring us straight back up again.

That's absolutely right - I might warm to the guy a little more if he could just make an attempt to explain to the support the reasoning behind some of his more bizzarre decisions. Will we never know why Esson was dropped? Why he felt Rossco was a better centre back than right back? Why he had so much faith in Djebi-Zadi Why Vigurs never came into his reckoning?

I was very impressed with the interview he gave Setanta after the game... There was no gloating at all - he even went as far as to say he felt gutted for us and actually admitted his team won today by default... I reckon he'll be off to richer pastures down south during the summer... Good luck to the guy wherever he goes.

Legendary right back.... Johnboy perhaps not a the most cultured of players but he gives his all. Stevico : Rossco's been my hero for a long time now... I'm just saying he's a much more effective full back than centre back. I'd also suggest Mihadjuks is a more effective centre back than he is a full back....

Were you at the game?! We were the better team and could've scored 3 in the first half... Mallo had a great game and kept Falkirk in it, we would PROBABLY have held on if it wasn't for Rosscoe's red card; which having only seen it at the game I thought it was extremely harsh. I was at the game and I've now seen (twice) the recording on Sky+/Setanta.... Do you know what? The more I watch it the angrier I get.
