Proctor oot the door
We'll have to wait and see but he has potential at the right club and Dundee United was not it. He's a utility player who never let us down.

Stand up for the Champions
In the two Scottish Cup wins we showed them enormous respect. This is no different and we should be proud of their achievements in Europe this season. If they win the Champions League Final will you sing it then?

ICT Goal Of The Season
Simple goals are more important than goals of the season. We need a lot more simple goals and in the last 5 games we have seen the ICT of old - attack the opposition at every opportunity. That said 1 Rankin v Rangers 2 Munro v Celtic 3 Dargo v Stirling were all significant pieces of skill as was ... need I go on. Tapping in from a few feet is a skill that sometimes highly skilled players lack. Denzil's goal against St Mirren was special as was Rory's goal against Dumbarton. Every ICT goal is magic!

Stand up for the Champions
With Celtic focussed on reaching the last 16 in the Champions League and their forthcoming epic encounter with AC Milan should we not clap them on to the tune 'Stand up for the Champions'? Our supporters are fair and decent after all.

Rob'short memory'Jones
He can't cope with short forwards!! He is vulnerable with a short goal keeper. Clearly has a short memory.

Dods leaving in the summer
I remember the gloom when Bobby indicated his desire to go to Dundee. I witness an element of gloom with Dods heading to Dundee United. Two great captains. I agree that Hastings and Munro and indeed Rossco make up great defenders. I see Stuart more as a man marker or sweeper and therefore a strong man at the back has to be on CC'S shopping list. That person may not be recruited until late May when we may get a chance to take someone from a non promoted or relegated team or just someone out of contract. We can expect changes in personnel but these will be limited and may well freshen up a good bunch of lads. A place in the Intertoto might attract a player or two even for two years in the shop window.

Ref for Celtic game
We need to work with himnot against him. He's a very decent guy.

Dods leaving in the summer
Darren will want to go out on a high so will give everything to the Club hopefully especially in the two games coming up against United.

Prices for Dundee Utd game
CaleyD that is exactly what Dundee United are doing. The critical thing here is any voucher scheme would only benefit ICT and curiously enough our next league game is against Dundee United. It will add to our determination to beat them for once again being so bloody minded. 15 January 2007 Supporters attending tomorrow night's Scottish Cup tie against St Mirren will be rewarded with a voucher worth up to £10 off the cost of next season's season ticket - effectively reducing the real cost of admission on the night to half price! Alternatively, fans can use the voucher to gain a £5 reduction at the next home SPL game against Dunfermline. Pay-at-the-gate prices tomorrow are £19 and £21 for adults and £9 and £11 for concessions (Under-18s and Over-60s). Everyone who enters the ground will receive a Reward Voucher which can be used to take £5 off the gate price at our next SPL home match against Dunfermline on 27 January or £10 off the 2007/08 Season Ticket.

THE GAME OF MANAGEMENT
Yesterday John Collins presented an image of a spoiled little boy who was well and truly chastised for being cheeky. Not content with that he then showed no respect for his conquerors. Contrast that with Yogi who might well have returned to his roots had Collins not beaten him to the job. In defence of his young Centre Half, possibly the victim of some unprofessional play by a Hearts player, Yogi defended him with reasoned caution. 'I've always been brought up to be honest, but for someone to fake injury in order to get another professional sent off doesn't lie well with me.' Take a lesson John C from John H and you will become a better manager.

Roscoe
Wouldn't it be smashing if he could dance through the Celtic defence and score a goal on his 300th - he certainly looked up for the big goal against Hibs.

Ref on Sunday
I believe the guy is a fitness oriented person and he clearly was able to keep up with play better than any other referee. Mentally and physically it was the best performance of any official this season. He did not impose his personality, just the rules. This is in complete contrast to the view expressed by Gus MacPherson last week although he may have been fair with his remarks against that official.

Dargo leaving in the summer
Don't be mercenary - Dargo is injured and still needs our support. Money or no money Dargo has worked very hard for ICT and today in particular had a great game. He is well within his rights to raise a few grand for himself before his career ends.

Are we playing Celtic Reserves shortly?
-
Hibs Tactics
No obvious second choice keeper in the team sheet on BBC so perhaps Golly will be on the subs bench wearing two shirts!
-
CC Targets Loan stopper
Celtic have 4 and we have 2 but the senior one has played 6 times in the SPL.

Caff - "Not up to it"
Dundee United are asking McCracken to leg it from Tannadice at the earliest opportunity - I hope Dods is not being lined up with the grocer's money.
-
Hibs Tactics
Hibs are on an absolute high at present and will be very difficult to beat. I would go as far to say this is the most critical game of our season.
-
cheerio mark
It would be surreal to see Mike and Mark at opposite ends on 28th - here's to a Boruc injury.
-
cheerio mark
Mark is an incredibly decent guy and after the pain of instant redundancy at Motherwell winning the lottery with Celtic will be a great reward for his years of real dedication with ICT. He now has a chance at a side likely to win the league, maybe a cup or two, and on their way to Italy in the Champions League and at a great stadium. His experience at Inverness will teach him not to underestimate the diddy team.

A few points Who are the 23 grim reapers viewing as guests at present? Strange how Celtic didn't go for Langfield And finally, it goes someway to explaining why Charlie was absolutely distraught at yesterday's press conference saying 'Grassa will answer questions about player movements, I'll deal with the football'

Aberdeen V ICT (matchday thread)
Guys like Keegan and Dalgleish knew when to stop. However, I still think Brewster can play a big role in a team. I remember seeing John Charles playing for Merthyr at a similar age but in Brewsters case he is much fitter and stonger. I think he came back too early. At the moment he is trying to figure out what to do in life because he feels very rejected as a Manager and therefore playing is probably for his own sanity. He was probably too eager yesterday to make a point but remember Denzil copped the same injury and no one suggested he stop playing.

Aberdeen on Saturday
Time to do it - Brewster will lie in wait to get his revenge. However, this is a critical time for ICT and I believe we have the workrate and skill to gain a 'home' win without paying the rent. Aberdeen are desperate to win the Cup and probably think their name is on it. I have already quoted Willie Miller on Grampian as was saying 'we know we play Gretna at home in the next round.' Will Killen's injury and the transfer issues at Hibs and an even dodgier goal keeping situation than Langfield Aberdeen will feel they got off the hook last Wednesday and are now marching to Hampden. They probably feel a restructured Rangers and a stable Hearts are more likely to snatch the Champions League spot. Time to test it. Bayne's turn to score again and Denzil to continue with his left leg goals. Brewster to reply before being sent off.
