  1. Time is of the essence.
  2. As I indicated earlier someone has to carry out key administrative duties. If both the Chairman and CEO had walked at the same time who would have the Company Secretarial skills or knowledge? As others have indicated Gardiner is entitled to serve his contracted notice or be paid for it. Gordy Fyffe will doing press releases. They are normally just good news stories but recent ones have been toned down. Graham B now seems to be the Board's spokesperson. In order to provide comfort for the fans and staff, it would be useful to know Gardiner's last day of employment (assuming new buyers or investors do not materialise pretty quickly and bring in their own person).
  3. Anxiety amongst staff and contracted players or those whose contracts are due to expire shortly will be very worrying. The fear of losing your job, the fear of redundancy is debilitating. We have been pre-occupied with the fans position but for example, if you are a player who has had friends who have been through administration you would want to know your rights. Whilst your agent can also help you would expect your employer to provide information too.
  4. Sadly the peasants trooping on 2 by 2 were revolting.
  5. The key in this is that Morrison is now just a private individual whose sole role in the club appears to be just to regain some of his investments (through a previously agreed standard security) and to appear in press photographs as the first person, and potentially only person, to buy an ICT FC season ticket for 2024/25 (subject to the Club retaining a licence to play in League 1). However, given the lack of trust and transparency in recent weeks, nothing can be assumed.
  6. He is no longer a Director of ICT Football club. As a private individual now unconnected to the football club I had taken the view he could not now have a significant influence on that company. The planning application to the Council made it clear the Company was owned by the football club and did not have any private individuals on it. With regard to him not being a Director of the company he has a claim on income - if it were ever to materialise - through the floating charge over the Club's assets. By definition this is my perception looking in.
  7. Companies House has not so far been notified that the former Chairman and Director is no longer a shareholder of ICT Battery Storage Limited. Indeed, just like the submission of the Club's annual accounts Companies House is also flagging up the late submission of key information.
  8. Regardless of his status as a Director - which he now is not - he has potentially significant influence on recovering his loans if he chooses. See https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC149117/charges/DljGLHzD5t8CShNFIq_PJIMeTFE Brief description Floating charge over all its property, undertaking, assets (including uncalled capital) and rights owned now or in the future. Contains floating charge. Floating charge covers all the property or undertaking of the company. Contains negative pledge. Those of a legal disposition can read a 7 page PDF. He set this up on 21st December 2023 I would imagine suggesting some anxiety quite recently to protect his asset. Why else would you do this after many years at the helm? The Bank of Scotland have an interest too.
  9. The club probably do not know what is a realistic price for a season ticket. Also Gardiner is probably the only person able to do things. If Directors reach a decision someone has to action them. Who apart from Gardiner administers?
  10. Resigns just after his Podcast interview. Resigns on the day the Accounts should be submitted.
  11. It might be difficult to achieve but amongst the fans are some very experienced and talented individuals who almost certainly would offer voluntary service on bodies set up by the Club to help consider proposals e.g. moving training to Fife, making profit from potentially providing concerts, leasing a piece of land, applying to the Council for planning permission. If the Trust had a board member or two it could possibly vet selected persons to assist the club. That goodwill surely exists and anyone helping the Club, well would be helping the club. Just a thought. Being objective, the current model has not worked.
  12. I assume the Emergency Board meeting has finished!! Such is the crisis. If Morrison was honest in saying he told the Board that he would be resigning at the end of June 2024 they would no doubt have considered a new Chairman. Hang on, this is the Club in Scotland that is in greatest danger of its existence which has blindly been lead to the precipice. Forget 'this day in 2015 we won the Scottish Cup' but who will now save the club? Hopefully today, we await what will be dramatic news from decisions reached at the Emergency Board meeting.
  13. Who will be the new Chairman?
  14. https://www.theguardian.com/football/article/2024/jun/03/inverness-caledonian-thistle-scotttish-football-kelty-duncan-ferguson Euan Murray's take.
  15. And for those looking to peruse the Accounts, guess what?
  16. Land adjacent to the ground being leased out?
  17. Gary Bollan could cover the space in goal.
  18. We might set a new record for the Group stage with goals conceded. Currently no news on how the few contracted players have responded to the Kelty change to their contracts. No news about new signings other than a lot of central based players are were being lined up to wear the once famous ICT strip if they can train in Fife.
  19. The podcast was very good. The Chairman is in many respects sincere in supporting ICT FC as you would expect. However, he is absolutely bogged down with fingers in many pies. On the Club website they write ' ROSS MORRISON CHAIRMAN Ross has a background working in the financial sector prior to setting up a property development company. He has interests in the whisky industry as well as owning several public houses, offices, shops and residential properties. Ross has a very deep and longstanding devotion to Inverness Caley Thistle, through thick and thin, having supporting Inverness Thistle from 1974 with his allegiance shifting to ICTFC in 1994. Ross is passionate about his cars, plays five a side football and has a gym membership which he uses sometimes!' If you Google him you discover that he has multiple active Directorships. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/IzQsY6lLw0n4CPAvlJPtNe0iR80/appointments To me that explains why he has become dependent on a day to day Chief Executive. Am not sure he could operate without his right hand man.
  20. Excellent research Achfary.
  21. Surely making Ferguson, Bolan and Gardiner redundant would not be that expensive? Restructuring the club changes roles which can necessitate redundancy.
  22. Yngwie - With regard to the Planning Appeal (and the apparent delay in submitting it), surely ICT Battery Storage Ltd with one share in the name of ICT FC was controlled by the FULL BOARD of Directors of ICT FC. When that Company was changed so that just THREE Directors were allowed to take decisions surely the appeal became more problematic with civil servants wanting to see evidence to re-assure them that there was no change? There would be a board minute authorising the change. You mention 'presume' but it would be essential. The first question the civil service would ask 'is why change the power structure in the company which placed the application to Highland Council....just after it refused the application? The minute would explain.
  23. What the Chairman did say straight after the Battery Farm project was rejected by the Council was “We want to thank the hundreds of Caley Thistle fans and the businesses and organisations who have been entirely supportive in our quest to improve the club’s financial model and the city’s energy security. “On behalf of the board and as we move into our historic 30th year and a crucial end-of-season period, we need to show that by sticking together and sticking to our values, by backing Duncan (Ferguson) and the team, nothing can stop us getting to where we want to be this season and in our next 30 years.” A few days later announcing Scot Young's appointment they said ' Scott will continue to facilitate dialogue on key matters between the club and the supporters.' As we now know there was no dialogue about the Fife project.
  24. If you think about it, the proposed change to their contract is MATERIAL. If anyone else was asked to work 135 miles away from their centre of duty for a significant part of the working week, this would have consequences for the contract. Some almost certainly have young children to consider.
  25. Details about Inverness Caledonian Thistle Properties Limited are here https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC212228 The last balance sheet is dated 31 December 2022 and shows a net liability position of £4.2m. In terms of a going concern, this was based on support from shareholders.
