Our game is a fast moving hard hitting game, the players we have brought in are used to playing a different style of football, down england way they get time on the ball, its more of a passing game, they havent had need to learn silky skills, but if you watch they are mostly great passers, it will take time for them to adapt.

Terry is more than capable of doing both jobs, It has been said before. but over all, the players are all Professionals (I hope) and just because he isn?t there for a week doesn?t mean the players will adopt a half arsed view of training because the gaffers not there, Also it was a two person Management team we got, MM deals with the fitness and TB the tactics, TB will leave with MM what he wants from the team, How many managers work on Coaching tickets and the likes while running our club? and I?ll bet he?ll leave a message for the players, (In my head it sounds like this) Lads, I?m out of the office for a while, If you don?t pull your weight, do what MM tells you, WIN! or you appear to be taking the ****. I will on my return kick your ~~~~~~~ Head in, Doc your wages, send you round to Adams to cut his Grass, and send Ross round to eat your Family with one of my fine Reds at blood temperature. It is the best thing to do IMO, get the younger lads some playing time and the likes of the highland leauge or 3rd Div would toughen them up no end, its a more brutal style of football, the Spl U19 and Res teams were all about keeping themselfs good for going up, down in the lower leauges the dont care its all about the win!!! It'll be great 4 them, look whos left in our team from the old days, all hardend old men, would you take a slap from bit Mann, rossco or Golly... eh no, Id take a slap from black, DC and DI... you get what I mean?

but Col hendrycoff was the same before the end of his days... it bugs the life out of me when that happens but at the end of the day, they'll have a better coaching set up than most scottish clubs so he may not be getting a game but at the end of the day is fighting to get in to a better team than some/most we have....

after watching the Holland game... hes the right man for the job, we played a great game, he has very low resources and IMO does a great job, all the Ego hungry and pi^s taking so called professional player who come away with pish like im never playing for Scotland under him or get banned for acting like kids and getting trousered are at fault, He?s a man manager/ not a child minder, and at the end of the day has worked wonders.... with what he's got to pick from, Im delighted!!
